Personal Necessity Absence. Subject to the limits set forth below, an employee shall be granted a paid personal necessity absence when the situations described below require the personal attention of the employee during assigned hours of service.

Personal Necessity Absence. 7.9.1 Unit members shall be allowed no more than 56 hours of accumulated sick leave per work year for the purposes of personal necessity/compelling absence.
