Error in Salary. Whenever it is determined that an error has been made in the calculation or reporting in any unit member’s payroll or in any unit member’s salary the District shall, within five (5) workdays following such determination, provide the unit member with a statement of the correction and a supplemental payment drawn on any available funds.
Error in Salary. Whenever it is determined by the District that an error has been made in the calculation or reporting in any bargaining unit employee’s salary, the District shall, within five (5) working days following such determination, correct the error and provide the employee with a supplemental pay warrant for any amount owed to the employee.
Error in Salary. Whenever it is determined by the District that an error has been made in the calculation or reporting in any bargaining unit employee’s salary, the District shall, within five (5) working days following such determination, initiate correction of the error and provide the employee with a supplemental pay warrant for any amount owed to the employee consistent with the provision set forth in Education Code 45167. In the case where a bargaining unit employee is incorrectly overpaid, the bargaining unit employee shall be notified by the District when the overpayment occurred and afford the employee an opportunity to respond before commencing recoupment actions. If a school employee disputes the existence or amount of the employer’s claimed overpayment, the District shall inform the school employee of their rights specified in paragraph 4 of Education Code 44042.5.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive's "Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the highest level of base salary paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during any of the three calendar years ending during the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board. Executive's annual rate of base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary."
