Common use of Personal Protective Clothing Clause in Contracts

Personal Protective Clothing. 23.1 The Company will supply protective clothing to all employees except for work boots for which the employee is paid a safety boot allowance to purchase there own. 23.2 Employees will be required to wear appropriate clothing in an effort to provide protection from the harmful effects of UV exposure. 23.3 Additional personal protective equipment will be supplied where required. 23.4 It is a condition of employment with the Company that whilst working on site, employees are required to wear the appropriate protective clothing at all times.
