Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.
Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one hour increments.
Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.
Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.
Personal Leave Days Section 1. All employees after completion of six (6) months of service shall be entitled to receive personal leave days in the following manner:
Unused Personal Leave Since a number for the available personal leave days has been established, a basic discussion will need to be had regarding unused personal leave days. Naturally, these differ from vacation days since the Employer will not always be required to pay the Employee when personal leave is taken. If a dollar amount will be attached to each personal leave day that is unused so that it can be paid to that Employee then, select the first checkbox presented in the list of options provided and record the dollar amount that shall be paid for one unused personal day. Personal Day All employees shall receive a personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed in paragraph 3 above. The personal day shall be scheduled in accordance with the following provision: Employees may select such day off on five (5) days notice to the Employer provided such selection does not result in a reduction of employees in the building below 75% of the normal work staff. Such selection shall be made in accordance with seniority.
Personal Leave Accrual All employees shall accrue personal leave at the rate of one and twenty-three hundredths (1.23) hours for each eighty (80) hours in active pay status, excluding overtime hours, not to exceed a total of thirty-two (32) hours accrued in one year.
Military Service Credit Permanent HMC employees who are veterans or their unmarried widows/widowers shall have added to their unbroken service the veteran’s active military service to a maximum of five (5) years in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
Personal Business Day On April 01 of each fiscal year, one (1) day (eight (8) hours) of paid leave will be credited to employees for use in personal or special circumstances. At no time will an employee have a credit of more than ten (10) Personal Business Days. The granting of such personal leave will be subject to normal approval by supervision subject to operational requirements, and will not be unreasonably withheld. Upon termination of employment with the Company, unused day(s) will be paid off at the employee's current salary in effect at the time.
