Personnel Duties. The Personnel Duties shall include the following: (a) operation of the Terminal, procurement and furnishing of all materials, equipment, services, supplies and labor necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Terminal, engineering support for such activities, and related warehousing and security, including the following: (i) maintain and operate flow and pressure control, monitoring, and over-pressure protection; (ii) maintain, repair, recondition, overhaul, and replace equipment, as needed, to keep the Terminal in good working order; and (iii) conduct all other routine day-to-day operations and maintenance at the Terminal; and (b) management and conduct of the business operations associated with the Terminal, including the following: (i) transportation and logistics, including commercial operations; (ii) project execution; (iii) contract administration; (iv) database mapping, reporting and maintenance; (v) rights of way; (vi) materials and capital management; (vii) emergency response, security, permitting and all other health, safety and environmental services; (viii) engineering support (including facility design and optimization); and (ix) such other general services related to the Terminal as the Parties may mutually agree are necessary from time to time.

Personnel Duties. Superintendent may appoint a cabinet of senior District administrators to advise Superintendent and shall evaluate all cabinet members pursuant to their contracts and applicable Board policies and regulations. Superintendent shall have primary responsibility for making timely and appropriate recommendations to Board regarding personnel matters, including the employment of personnel and any release, non-reelection, or termination of an employee. Upon request by Superintendent, Board may authorize Superintendent to employ personnel without Board approval. As required by Education Code Section 35035, and subject to the approval of Board, Superintendent is responsible for assigning all District employees employed in positions requiring certification qualifications. Superintendent shall also be responsible to periodically evaluate or cause to be evaluated all District employees. Superintendent shall provide leadership and direction in negotiations with all labor groups.

Guards • Report on time for duty and remain at duty post until properly relieved. • Report for duty properly dressed in a clean and neat uniform. • Take proper care of all equipment provided by SPC for the execution of duties. • Must have a detailed knowledge of security procedures and ensure that these procedures are properly executed. • Report any and all incidents to the Supervisor, the Facilities Manager and the health and safety officer. • Ensure that SPC access control procedures are properly executed and adhered to • Be courteous and polite at all times. • Must know SPCs emergency procedures.

  • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees. (b) At least one month before the commencement of any accountable time longer than four consecutive days, and covering activities other than teaching or professional development the faculty member will submit for approval to the appropriate administrator an activity plan for this period.   • Contractor’s Duties Notwithstanding termination of the contract and subject to any directions from the procurement officer, Contractor shall take timely, reasonable, and necessary action to protect and preserve property in the possession of Contractor in which the State has an interest.

  • General Duties It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Holder, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner Trustee shall be deemed to have discharged its duties and responsibilities hereunder and under the Basic Documents to the extent the Servicer has agreed in the Sale and Servicing Agreement to perform any act or to discharge any duty of the Trust or the Owner Trustee hereunder or under any Basic Document, and the Owner Trustee shall not be liable for the default or failure of the Servicer to carry out its obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
