Safety Protocol. In order to ensure the safety of all staff, the Agency will keep staff informed of reasonably foreseeable safety risks. If an incident is reported which creates a reasonably foreseeable safety risk to employees, then they will be informed of the incident in a timely manner. Such suggestions should be sent directly to the employee's supervisor/manager or designate via email and will be in the simple format laid out below. Working offsite may be feasible for some staff members given the nature of their work.   • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Safety Procedures The Contractor shall: (a) comply with all applicable safety regulations according to Attachment H; (b) take care for the safety of all persons entitled to be on the Site; (c) use reasonable efforts to keep the Site and Works clear of unnecessary obstruction so as to avoid danger to these persons; (d) provide fencing, lighting, guarding and watching of the Works until completion and taking over under clause 10 [Employer's Taking Over]; and (e) provide any Temporary Works (including roadways, footways, guards and fences) which may be necessary, because of the execution of the Works, for the use and protection of the public and of owners and occupiers of adjacent land.

The Parties acknowledge that the use of MF signaling may not be optimal. AT&T-21STATE will not be responsible for correcting any undesirable characteristics, service problems or performance problems that are associated with MF/SS7 inter-working or the signaling protocol required for Interconnection with CLEC employing MF signaling.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.
