The FIDIC Conference is held in a public space; therefore the FIDIC Conference Organiser does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news and media organisations, or other companies from photographing, videotaping, or audiotaping some FIDIC Conference activities. FIDIC Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the FIDIC Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials. You may be asked to scan your badge either to enter the conference and social event venues. Please note scanning of your badge is optional.
