PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. The City shall reimburse the members 50%, or $20.00 per month, whichever is less, for membership to a health club in Flora, for physical fitness training so long as the employee utilizes the membership at least eight (8) days in the month. Reimbursement shall be made to the employee upon presentation of a paid receipt from the health club indicating payment being made by the employee for the monthly membership, and that the employee attended the health club a minimum of eight (8) days during the month.

PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. Where a structured physical fitness programme exists or is developed, one hour shall be provided on each shift Monday through Sunday. Physical fitness programmes will not be scheduled between the hours of 2300-0700.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING a. The City shall not require an employee to submit to a physical fitness test over the employee’s objections, with the exception of employees hired after September 8, 1998. b. The City agrees to conduct physical fitness testing on two occasions each fiscal year, with approximately six months between each test. Each test will be taken from the “Fit Force Training Program” which is developed in conjunction with the Xxxxxx Institute for Aerobic Research. Employees who achieve the 45th percentile level or higher on any test and an average of 60% overall shall receive a payment of $325 for that test.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. 35.01 All bargaining unit members will be required to participate in annual physical agility testing. The testing will be done as a training module on the member’s shift. Each bargaining unit member shall receive a copy of the Physical Agility Program. 35.02 All bargaining unit members shall receive an annual check of $300.00 as an incentive to maintain their personal physical fitness. Payment shall be in July of each calendar year. This incentive shall not be used to engage in competitive sports, competitive sports training, or for recreational sports activities.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. 47.1 All members of this bargaining unit shall be eligible to participate in the physical fitness incentive program as defined in the C.P.P.A. contract. Participation is not mandatory.

  • Physical Fitness New Employees. New employees are required to file a medical examination report with the Director of Health Services before reporting for duty in the Des Moines schools. The employee must pay the cost of this examination given by a physician of his/her choice and reported on the form provided by the Employer.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Annual Physical The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, within the twelve (12) months following the Date of Termination, receive an annual physical at the Company’s expense consistent with the physical provided under, and subject to the requirements of, the Company’s annual physical program as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.
