Physical Recall. 11.18.5.1 In the event of a SMO on call being recalled to the facility or service to perform duty, the SMO will be paid for the time worked at 270% of their hourly base rate. The time payable for recall will be calculated as from home and back to home with a minimum payment of two hours in respect of the first recall and one hour for any subsequent recall within any period of 24 hours. 11.18.5.2 An exception to this is any recall within the minimum period of two hours may not be regarded as a separate call out.

Physical Recall. (i) For the purposes of calculating the recall payment below, the exclusion of Nurses Grade 10 to 12 at clause 20.2 of this Agreement does not apply. (ii) An employee who is rostered to be on call and who is recalled to work and is required to return to the employer’s premises or to visit a patient or client for any purpose will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate for time worked as specified below: (A) A Nursing Grade 1 employee will receive a minimum payment as for two hours' work, with time spent travelling to and from the place of duty counting as time worked; (B) A Nurse Grade 3 to 12 employee will receive a minimum payment as for three hours' work commencing from the time the employee starts work. (iii) However, the employee will not be required to work for the minimum payment period in clause 20.3(c)(ii) above if the work for which the employee was recalled to perform, and any other further work for which the employee otherwise would have been recalled, is completed in less time. (iv) An employee who is rostered to be on call and who is recalled to work will be provided with transport to and from their home to the hospital/facility or will be refunded the cost of such transport. (v) If the employee is recalled more than once in the same minimum engagement period, the employee is only paid once for the minimum engagement period. However, if the employee works beyond the minimum engagement period the employee will be paid at the relevant overtime rate for all additional time worked. (vi) The entitlement to receive the minimum payment arises when an employee receives the instruction that they are recalled to work. Accordingly, when the employee is recalled and is subsequently not required to commence work the employee is entitled to the minimum payment in clause 20.3(c)(ii) above.
Physical Recall. An employee rostered on call and recalled to work in accordance with this clause must be released from duty at the end of the last period of recall during the on call period for a break of 10 consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such absence.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.

  • Physical File Characteristics 7.2.1 The EODUF feed will be distributed to Comcast Phone over their existing Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) feed. The EODUF messages will be intermingled among Comcast Phone’s Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) messages. The EODUF will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the EODUF will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). 7.2.2 Data circuits (private line or dial-up) may be required between BellSouth and Comcast Phone for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, Comcast Phone will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth. Comcast Phone will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the BellSouth end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit successfully ongoing will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the BellSouth data center by BellSouth and the associated charges assessed to Comcast Phone. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by Comcast Phone will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone. Associated equipment on the BellSouth end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. Version 4Q01 12/01/01 All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on Comcast Phone’s end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone.

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Medical Reports The Employer agrees to pay the fee for medical reports required by the Employer for Sick Leave or Weekly Indemnity provisions to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
