Planning Period Reimbursement. 1. A member who serves by administrative requirement as a substitute teacher during a planning period shall be compensated at the rate of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per class.

Planning Period Reimbursement. A teacher will be reimbursed $35/hour if they are asked by the building administrator/designee to cover a class during their planning period.
Planning Period Reimbursement. At the request of the employer, professional employees may voluntarily agree to substitute for another employee’s instructional class during their planning period, as defined by Article VI, Paragraph C. Compensation for such duty will be pro- rated, based upon the appropriate homebound instruction rate and the length of the period. This compensation will be paid semi-monthly based on the appropriate payroll period.

  • Education Reimbursement The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program. The maximum reimbursement shall be $1,500 per year.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

  • Meal Reimbursement When an employee is specifically directed by the City to work two (2) hours or longer at the end of his/her normal work shift of at least eight (8) hours or work two (2) hours or longer at the end of his/her work shift of at least eight (8) hours when he/she is called in to work on his/her regular day off, or otherwise works under circumstances for which meal reimbursement is authorized per Ordinance 111768 and the employee actually purchases a reasonably priced meal away from his place of residence as a result of such additional hours of work, the employee shall be reimbursed for the "reasonable cost" of such meal in accordance with Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) 4.20.

  • Mileage Reimbursement A. Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be reimbursed for each mile driven in the performance of his or her duties during each monthly period as follows:

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. The Employer is desirous of having employees participate in courses and training opportunities to enhance their skills and enable them to advance to other positions.
