Point-of-Sale Transactions. Subject to Clause 1.2.2, you may effect Point of Sale transactions via signature and/or via PIN at Merchants’ Point of Sale terminals.

Point-of-Sale Transactions. For point-of-sale transactions (for example, Purchases at a merchant and Cash Advanc- es), the applicable time period for investigations shall be 90 calendar days in place of 45 calendar days.

For purposes of calculating your daily POS purchase limits for transactions conducted with the Card(s), we define our “day” as midnight to midnight.

When traveling abroad, we suggest that you contact us to determine if your card will function in that area.

Selection of Merchant is at our or our strategic partner’s sole discretion and we are not obliged to give you reason for selection or otherwise.
Point-of-Sale Transactions. ATM Transactions. ATM Cards issued by us to you remain our property and you may be requested to return the Card to us at any time for any reason. Each card is used in conjunction with an authorizing Personal Identification Number ("PIN"). To guard against someone initiating a transaction that you have not authorized, you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent any other person from learning your PIN. If you permit or authorize another person to use your Card and PIN, you will be liable for all resulting transactions. You may use your Card at ATMs which are a part of an Electronic Funds Transfer service network to which the Bank belongs ("EFT network"). ATM withdrawals are available up to the daily authorization limits disclosed below, provided the available balance in the Deposit Account associated with your card is greater than or equal to the amount requested, plus any fees that may be charged along with the cash disbursement. • Withdraw cash from your Checking Account. • Find out your Checking Account balances. • Transfer funds between your own accounts at the Bank (if available on the ATM in use). • Withdraw cash from your Savings Account. • Make deposits to your own accounts.

Point-of-Sale Transactions. Using your card you may access your checking account(s) to purchase goods, in person, by telephone, by computer. You may pay for services in person, by telephone, and by computer, get cash from a merchant, if merchant permits, or from a participating financial institution, and do anything you can do with a credit card.
Point-of-Sale Transactions. For Point-of-Sale transactions, you authorize us to debit your Checking Account for the amount of the transaction, whether or not you sign any sales authorization slip. You acknowledge that all Point-of-Sale transactions will constitute a simultaneous withdrawal from your Checking Account, even though the transaction might not be paid from your Checking Account until a later date. Point-of-Sale transactions will be debited to your Checking Account in a similar manner as checks drawn on your Checking Account. Participating merchants may be required to obtain an authorization from us for certain Point-of-Sale transactions. We are under no obligation to authorize Point-of-Sale transactions for which there are not sufficient funds available in your Checking Account. We have the right to return any check or other item drawn against your Checking Account which would overdraw the account due to the hold placed for a Point-of-Sale transaction made or authorized using your Debit Card. We will not be liable for any failure to authorize later Point-of-Sale transactions or failure to pay checks or other items drawn on your Checking Account pending completion of the processing of a previous Point-of-Sale transaction. We may, but do not have to, allow Point-of-Sale transactions, which exceed the available balance in your Checking Account. If we do, we will treat the amount of as an overdraft. If we authorize a transaction which results, in an overdraft, it does not mean we will do so in the future. You do not have the right to stop payment on any Point-of-Sale transaction or on any ATM transaction you perform or which is authorized by you.
