Post-Construction Monitoring. Ongoing monitoring of the electricity output and performance is critical to the long-term success of the SfA Program. Subcontractor shall install a monitoring system that will allow DCSEU and DOEE staff and their authorized designees to monitor and analyze the historic and real-time electricity output and performance of each CREF for the Minimum CREF Commercial Operation Period. The monitoring system shall be designed to inform Subcontractor, DCSEU staff, and DOEE staff when a CREF(s) is off- line or when the electricity output is below expectations. The monitoring system capabilities shall include at a minimum the following:

Post-Construction Monitoring. Subcontractor shall provide ongoing monitoring of the PV System output and performance to ensure long-term success of the Project. Subcontractor shall allow access to the DCSEU and DOEE and their authorized designees to the inverter’s monitoring system enabling the monitoring of the real-time performance of the PV System for a minimum of 20 years from the date Subcontractor receives the PTO for the PV System from PEPCO. The monitoring system shall be designed to inform Subcontractor and DCSEU and DOEE staff when the PV System is off-line or when performance is below expectations. Profile surveys of the Project area shall include FDEP reference monuments between R-187 (Escambia County) and R-215 (Santa Rosa County) with an additional three (3) intermediate profile surveys which shall be obtained at the general midpoint between each monument from R-208 to R-211 to evaluate changes associated with the Navarre Pier.
Post-Construction Monitoring. 9.8.1 Upon completion of all marine-based construction activities, a post-project monitoring exercise on water quality shall be carried out for 4 weeks in the same manner as the Baseline monitoring. Replicate in-situ measurements and samples collected from each independent sampling event shall be collected to ensure a robust statistically interpretable database. The measurement parameters for Post-construction monitoring shall include DO concentration and saturation, temperature, turbidity, pH, salinity and SS. The measurement shall be taken at all designated monitoring stations including control stations, 3 days per week, at mid-flood (within ± 1.75 hour of the predicted time) and mid-ebb (within ± 1.75 hour of the predicted time) tides, for at least 4 weeks. Since the southern and northern landfalls of TM-CLKL are distant from each other and based on the tentative programme available during the EIA stage the two landfall has different construction time frame, the Post-construction monitoring for each landfalls may conducted separately. The ET should review the actual implantation programme and recommend if a separate post-construction monitoring for each landfall is required.
Post-Construction Monitoring. Once facilities have become operational, or when requested, the Consultant shall provide ongoing monitoring and testing of the effectiveness of the construction project in reducing water pollution and submit reports to the Authority.
Post-Construction Monitoring. After the Project is placed into operation, the Authority will perform at least 12-months of post-construction monitoring (the “Post- Construction Monitoring Period”). The Post-Construction Monitoring Period will start no later than 3 months after the Authority certifies to the EPA and the Purchasers that the project has been placed into operation. The results developed during the Post-Construction Monitoring Period will be used by the Authority to determine the actual conditions Runoff and the corresponding Runoff Reduction related to the Project in the same manner and method that the results of the pre-construction monitoring were used by the Authority to determine the runoff qualities for existing conditions.
Post-Construction Monitoring. A post project water quality monitoring exercise should be carried out for four weeks upon completion of marine construction works at Aberdeen Channel, in the same manner as the impact monitoring.

All similar parts of the material are to be interchangeable. All equipment is to operate without undue vibration and with the least possible amount of noise and is not to cause a nuisance. All equipment is to be designed to minimize the risk of fire and any damage, which may be caused in the event of fire. The equipment is also to be designed to prevent ingress of all vermin, accidental contact with live parts and to minimize the ingress of dust and dirt. The use of materials, which may be liable to attack by termites or other insects, is to be avoided.
