Post Graduate Qualification Allowance. 26.1 An employee, excluding casuals, who obtains a recognised post graduate qualification and who is employed in a work unit relevant to that qualification will be paid a Post Graduate Qualification Allowance at the rates specified in the table below from the first full pay period on or after the commencement date of this Agreement. Qualification Allowance Nurse 1 (Enrolled Nurse), Course of study no less than 6 months or 120 hours. 3.5% of the fifth pay point of the Nurse 1 classification. Nurse 2-8 (Registered Nurse), Conversion degree or graduate certificate. 3.5% of the maximum pay point of the Nurse 2 classification. Nurse 2-8 (Registered Nurse), Graduate Diploma. 4% of the maximum pay-point of the Nurse 2 classification. Nurse 2-8 (Registered Nurse), Master’s degree or Doctorate. 5% of the maximum pay point of the Nurse 2 classification.
Post Graduate Qualification Allowance. (a) An Employee who has completed a relevant post-graduate study shall receive the following allowance:
Post Graduate Qualification Allowance. 21.1. An Employee who obtains a Post Graduate Qualification (PGQ) after their initial appointment with Xxxxxx Xxxxx Health Service where the qualification is relevant to their position will receive a PGQ Allowance.
Post Graduate Qualification Allowance. 22.1.1 A Registered Nurse who holds a Hospital/Graduate certificate or equivalent will, in addition to their ordinary rate of pay, be paid an allowance equivalent to 4.0% of their hourly rate of pay. Only one qualification allowance will be payable to each Employee. It must be demonstrated that the qualification is relevant to the Employee’s current area of practice and is being utilised.
Post Graduate Qualification Allowance. 25.1 An Employee who obtains a recognised post graduate qualification and who is employed in a work unit relevant to that qualification will be paid a Post Graduate Qualification Allowance at the rates specified in the table below from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after the commencement date of this Agreement.
