In Charge Allowances. A Charge Hand or Lead Hand, designated as such by an authorized representative of the Board, shall be paid in accordance with Schedule A.
In Charge Allowances. An employee shall be paid an In-charge Allowance where they are appointed or delegated to exercise control over other employees, as follows: Extent of control: % Allowance In charge of 1 to 9 other employees 7% In charge of 10 to 29 other employees 10% In charge of 30 or more employees 15%
In Charge Allowances. (a) The following allowance shall be paid in the event of his or her being appointed to exercise control over other employees: % In charge of 1-9 other employees 7 In charge of 10-29 other employees 10 In charge of 30 or more employees 15
(b) Such percentage to be calculated upon the employees base rate payable under Appendix 1 and shall be additional to any other allowance to which the employee is entitled.
(c) The provisions of this subclause shall not apply to the following classifications:
(i) Chef, all Grades A-D
(ii) Domestic Services Team Leader
(iii) Maintenance Manager
(iv) Food Services Supervisor (v) Environmental Services Manager
(vi) Administration Manager
(vii) Catering Manager
(viii) Any employee whose classification denotes supervisory responsibilities
In Charge Allowances. (a) In respect of any Aged Care Employee, to whom a “Team Leader” allowance is not payable, the following allowance shall be paid in the event of such Employee being appointed to exercise control over other Employees: In charge of 1-9 other Employees 7 In charge of 10-29 other Employees 10 In charge of 30 or more Employees 15
(b) Such percentage to be calculated upon the ordinary rate of pay payable under Appendix 2 and shall be additional to any other allowance to which the Employee is entitled.
(c) The provisions of this subclause shall not apply to the following classifications:
(i) Chef Grade A
(ii) Chef Grade B (iii) Chef Grade C
In Charge Allowances. 22.2.1 In the absence of the Theatre Manager and 2IC, a Level 1 Nurse who is appointed by the Hospital to assume the in-charge role for four (4) hours or more will be paid an in-charge allowance as follows:
(a) during the first year of this Agreement: $3.82 per hour
(b) during the second year of this Agreement: $3.95 per hour
(c) during the third year of this Agreement: $4.09 per hour.
22.2.2 This allowance will not be payable where a Level 2 Nurse is appointed by The Eye Hospital to assume the in-charge role of a clinical or management unit.
22.2.3 This allowance will increase in the second and third year of this Agreement by the same percentage as the annual wage increase.
In Charge Allowances. (a) As a standalone residential aged care facility, operating 24 hours a day 7 days per week, Xxxxxxxxxx requires certain employees to be in charge of both the facility and individual residential aged care units, outside of normal business hours including afternoons, nights, one weekend and on public holidays.
(b) A registered nurse who is appointed by operations management to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to their appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 3 (for more than 100 beds) or Item 4 (for less than 100 beds) of Table 5 of Schedule C – Pay Rates and Allowances to this Agreement.
(c) An employee who is appointed by operations management to be in charge of a shift in a section of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to their appropriate salary, the per shift allowance set out in Item 5 of Table 5 of Schedule C – Pay Rates and Allowances to this Agreement.
In Charge Allowances. 37.1 An Employee will be paid an In-charge Allowance where they are appointed or delegated to exercise control over others, as follows: Extent of control: % Allowance
37.2 Provided that subclause 37.1 does not apply to the following classifications of Employee:
(a) Chefs
(b) General Service Supervisor
(c) Food Services Supervisor
(d) Security Officer Grade 3
37.3 The percentage In-charge Allowance is calculated on the base rate payable to the Employee pursuant to Schedule 1A.
37.4 The In-Charge Allowance will be additional to any other allowance to which the Employee is entitled under the Agreement.
In Charge Allowances. In-charge allowances for custodial and maintenance chargehand are incorporated into the rates as a result of the job evaluation plan.
