Posting List. A list of Employees arranged in the order of their seniority and hiring date shall be posted in a conspicuous place at their place of employment. The most current seniority list, by branch location will be posted on the Driver Website in a print-only format. A copy of updated lists will be provided to the USW LU 7234 President. Seniority, for location promotional purposes, is defined as being on a location basis and will be posted as such, in each location where the Company has an office.

Posting List. The School District shall concurrently post the seniority lists and send them electronically to the Stewards of the Exclusive Representative. Any employee or the Exclusive Representative shall be obligated to notify the School District of any error in the lists within ten (10) calendar days of the posting. If no error is reported within the ten (10) calendar day period, the list will stand correct as posted.

The Xxxxxxx and Management shall initial and date each list before it is posted. The Company shall notify the workgroup of the posting by PCM and ODS message. When two or more Employees are hired on the same day, these employees shall be added to the seniority list in alphabetical order.

  • JOB POSTING The following provision will appear in all collective agreements replacing any related provision that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement: (Any provision pertaining to definition of temporary vacancies, non-bargaining unit applications, outside advertising, interim placements or criteria for selection except as it relates to promotions and transfers that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement will be continued as the last paragraph of this Article).   • Job Postings The employee may apply for a job posting at either home based on their seniority at the designated employer.   • Postings The posting will include the projected end date of the position.
