Procedure on Notice of Termination. This agreement will automatically be renewed for one (1) year after the initial term, unless either party give to the other party written notice of intention to modify the Agreement one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to expiration of the agreement.   • Notice of Termination Any purported termination of employment by the Company or by Executive (other than due to Executive’s death) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party hereto in accordance with Section 11(h) hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Notice of Termination” shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of employment under the provision so indicated.
