Production Team. Staff located within the Lifting Shop will be designated the Production Team and will be required to engage with and deliver; Targeted multi-skilling aligned with a competence-based skills matrix which will deliver full flexibility to enable production targets of components and heavy maintenance schedules. Undertake service and repair of Depot based plant and equipment. Cleaning and upkeep of work areas and steam cleaning of work and components (duty of care). Maintaining competence and maintaining records of self-development. Rostered 4-day week Mon-Thurs and Tues-Fri alternate weeks (if required). Flexible start (between 07:00-07:30) and finish time (between 16:00- 16:30). Lunch breaks and rest breaks to be determined by production needs. On Call and Breakdown provision for train failures and staffing emergencies. Change of working week for weekend cover in the event of major failures or extreme weather.

Production Team a. Success Manager - This is your main contact for every aspect of the project. They will oversee the design, development, IT, content, training and live execution of the event. They are also responsible for all platform strategy and success.
b. Content Managers - This team is responsible for all aspects of content for your event. From schedule to session descriptions, images, speaker bios and sponsor pages, this person and their team will ensure that your platform visually is set up correctly for your event.
c. Design - This team is responsible for the design and overall look and feel of your platform. They will work with the success and content manager to make sure the site is setup to your preferences and needs.
d. Developers - Your platform is supported by 2 ongoing developers. They are responsible for the front-end, back-end code bases as well as working with you to develop new features and platform setup. They are available at all times via your project manager for support, maintenance or updates and new features added.
e. IT Management - Our IT team is responsible for the setup and ongoing management of your servers, data, streaming and for your platform's security.
