Productive Work. 7.1. The Unions and Andritz recognize, and agree to, the need for productive work, and multi- trade crews, on site at the Project. The Unions recognize that Xxxxxxx has the ability and the flexibility to create multi-trade crews, as needed to accomplish the work on the Project. In order to accomplish the flexibility, the crews would be put together by Xxxxxxx, based on project needs, The Unions agree that all workers will sign off on productive work, when they are hired for work on the Project.

Productive Work. The Company acknowledges a policy that management employees will not perform productive work of the same type or nature as normally assigned to bargaining unit employees as covered in Article 1. It is understood, however, that it is a normal function of management to perform productive work under conditions of emergencies, enforcement of safety practices, inspection of work completed by bargaining unit employees, work incidental to the training of employees to lend-a-hand, or to management duties, and when a qualified employee is not available.

  • Defective Work Work that, for any reason, is not in compliance with the Contract Documents. Defective Work is usually identified in a Notice of Non-Compliant Work.

  • Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Site Work An expansion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Boonville Station is required to accommodate the CTOIFs. The southern corner of the fence line will be expanded out by approximately 3,200 square feet. The Connecting Transmission Owner already owns the property required for the expansion. Approximately 120 feet of the existing fencing will need to be removed and approximately 150 feet of new fencing added.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.

  • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.
