Program and Card Policies and Attributes. Bank shall have full responsibility for and shall control all policies, activities, and decisions with respect to the Program and the User’s associated Accounts, such as card issuance, cancellation, and issuance of personal identification numbers. The Program is subject to termination for convenience at the Bank’s sole discretion. For further clarity, Bank may choose without cause to terminate the Program anytime from the date of this Amendment, with the provision of 90 day’s written notice, prior to any such termination.

Program and Card Policies and Attributes. U.S. Bank has the authority to control all policies, activities and decisions with respect to all Cards and Accounts, including without limitation all fees and charges, customer service, Card issuance and cancellation, debt collection, access to automated teller machines, and issuance of personal identification numbers, and Client shall comply with all U.S. Bank directives pursuant hereto. Client shall not be liable for fraudulent activities on the part of Cardholders except where such activity is due to negligence or willful misconduct by Client agents or employees. Client will, in a timely manner, refer to U.S. Bank any and all inquiries regarding any aspect of a Card or Account, and any other inquiries regarding any other aspect of U.S. Bank’s prepaid debit card operations.

  • Customer Ownership Customer owns and has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and appropriateness of all original data, content and information provided to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in conjunction with the Services, and, when paid for, Customer will own all modified content and information as specified under the SOW (collectively the “Content,” which, together with the Customer’s trademarks or logos, are referred to as the “Customer Material).”

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence.   • Carrier Lines All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.
