Prohibited Products. Prohibited Items" as used herein consist of products listed on the Prohibited Items List maintained on Newegg’s website, as updated from time to time, which is incorporated by this reference. Prohibited Items include, but are not limited to, products containing alcohol or tobacco, prescription drugs, and weapons. Seller shall not list or offer for sale, or attempt to list or offer for sale, any Prohibited Items on the Website. In addition, Seller must not provide any product that may be potentially illegal, obscene, or might infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party, including all restricted content and products listed as such in the Seller Portal. In the event Seller lists or offers for sale, or attempts to list or offer for sale, any Prohibited Item on the Website, Newegg shall be authorized to deduct the sum of $10,000 from the Net Sales Price (defined below) otherwise to be remitted to Seller. Seller agrees that said sum shall be an administrative fee to compensate Newegg for the cost of removing such Prohibited Item, and Seller’s payment of such sum shall not limit its liability to Newegg or waive any rights Newegg may have under this Agreement, including but not limited to indemnity rights.

Prohibited Products. The Merchant fully acknowledges that the Acquirer must not provide Services for any transaction which is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations including PRC laws and regulations or violates the Acquirer's internal policy. The Merchant guarantees that the Products sold to WeChat Pay Users through the Merchant's Platform shall not contain articles prohibited or restricted from being sold to customers under the applicable laws and regulations, including the products listed in Appendix I hereto, which may be updated by the Acquirer from time to time.

Prohibited Products. 4.15.1. The Seller shall not list or sell Products that violate intellectual property rights or are illegal, fake, counterfeit, or stolen. 4.15.2. The Service Provider may, at his sole discretion, prohibit or instruct the Seller to refrain from listing certain Products for sale on the Websites for the following reasons: (a) offering such Products is no longer possible due to changes in legal acts applicable to such Products; (b) offering such Products is not in line with the Service Provider’s internal rules; (c) offering such Products, in the Service Provider’s opinion, gives rise to increased legal and/or operational risk and/or reputational risk and/or other risk. For the avoidance of doubt, the list of such Products is not final and the Service Provider shall have the right to prohibit the Seller from or to request the Seller not to offer certain Products for other reasons not specified herein if this necessary for the defence of the rights and legitimate interests of the Service Provider. Furthermore, the Service Provider may remove or de-activate the Seller’s listings at its sole discretion in response to notices of alleged copyright infringement, trademark misappropriation, or other intellectual property claims.
Prohibited Products. Cigarette products prohibited for distribu- tion in Colorado are: • Cigarettes marked “for distribution outside the USA”. • Single cigarettes (sticks). • Cigarettes in packs containing less than 20 sticks. • Cigarette brands not listed on the Certified Brand Directory (CBD). (Certi- fied Brands Directory can be located at the Department Web site at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx within the cigarette and tobacco business information.) Cigarette stamps are available to licensed wholesalers from the Department of Revenue in 20 count rolls, wide 20 count rolls, 20 count sheets and 25 count rolls. The stamps may be obtained from the Department of Revenue’s Cashier’s Section at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xx., Room 108, by: • completing Form DR 5225 “Cigarette Tax Order Form” and delivering the order form to the above address in person; • mail the DR 5225 form to the depart- ment, or • telephone DOR’s Cashier Section at (000) 000-0000 and place the order. Distributors should retain their copy of the DR 5225 because the information on it will be required when completing the monthly tax return. Payment of the cigarette tax is due on the 10th of the month following the month in which the stamps were ordered. For example, any stamps ordered between July 1 through July 31 are due on August 10th. The cost of the stamps is equivalent to the tax rate of 4.2 cents per cigarette. Payment by EFT is required. If payment for the stamps is made on or before the 10th day of the month following the month in which the stamp purchase is made, the .9524 percent discount of the stamps’ face value is allowed. The vendor fee discount is provided to cover the licensed wholesaler’s expense in the collection and remittance of the cigarette tax. Any vendor fee discount will be denied and /or assessed on late or missing payments. Licensed wholesalers are required to affix the cigarette stamps to each individual pack of cigarettes sold or distributed. The stamps may be affixed by the wholesaler at any time before the cigarettes are transferred out of the wholesaler’s posses- sion to retailers. Stamped and unstamped cigarettes may be transferred between instate wholesalers. Cigarette stamps may not be transferred or sold between wholesalers. Distributors must file a “Colorado Ciga- rette Tax Return” (Form DR 0221) monthly. The Department of Revenue will mail pre-printed returns each month.
