The Company agrees that such termination of this Agreement by the County shall not release Company from any obligation imposed upon the Company by the Permits, the Act, or the Solid Waste Rules, or by any other applicable Environmental Law, concerning the operation, closure, or post-closure maintenance of the Facility, or other legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the Facility.

As this is a program offered through the Boy Scouts of America, we see an opportunity for a local Scout Troop to lead a skills demonstration such as building personal first aid kits or emergency pre­ paredness MEASURING PROJECT EFFECTIVENES The program's effectiveness will be based on three criteria.
