Project Control Document. Pursuant to Paragraph 1.0 (Task 1 Project Planning – Project Control Document (PCD)) of Attachment A.1 (Tasks and Deliverables) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work), Contractor must deliver to the County a PCD which includes a Detailed Work Plan (DWP). The DWP will be derived for all Work relating to Solution Implementation Services and to the extent necessary, for System Maintenance, as described in Exhibit A (Statement Work) to this Contract. Changes to the PCD must be made upon mutual agreement, in writing, by both the County and Contractor Project Director by Change Notice or otherwise, provided that both the County and Contractor respective Project Directors agree to alter the Project schedule such that it does not prejudice either party’s right to claim that such alterations constitute an Amendment to this Contract that will be governed by the terms of Paragraph 10.3 (Amendments) above.

Project Control Document. Phase I Working in conjunction with the Commission, Contractor will develop a Project Control Document (PCD) that describes how the Project will be governed and managed. This Document will include a Project Management Plan, including a preliminary schedule for each task. The Document will include the process for monitoring progress, updating the Project Plan and managing project risks, and will define requirements for periodic status reporting (scope, content and frequency). This document will include identification of expected stakeholders, as well as their roles and responsibilities, and the process for approving deliverables, including timeframes for review and approval. Generally, this PCD will serve as a guide for all project communications and activities in Phase I. This document will also set forth the contractor’s administrative tracking and billing protocols to manage costs that are being divided among multiple housing programs and or funding sources. This PCD shall also include a proposed Fee Schedule that can be used by the Commission as a basis to apply charges to County Departments, cities, or approved agencies that choose to participate as a partner agency or receive support and training for the web site’s restricted access functions.

  • Project Documents In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:

  • Project Agreement (a) Subsequent to the establishment of a Cooperative Agreement pursuant to § 81.3, the Secretary may further agree with the States to provide xxxxx- cial assistance in the development and implementation of acceptable projects for the conservation of endangered and threatened species. Financial agree- ments will consist of an Application for Federal Assistance and a Project Agreement. Such agreements’ contin- ued existence, and continued financial assistance under such agreements, shall be contingent upon the continued existence of the Cooperative Agree- ment described in § 81.3 of this part.

  • Project Documentation All documentation provided to the City other than Project drawings shall be furnished on a Microsoft compatible compact disc.

  • Construction Document Phase 1.4.1 Based on the approved Design Development Documents, Guaranteed Maximum Price, coordinated models and any further adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project or in the Amount Available for the Construction Contract authorized by the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare, for approval by the Owner and review by the Construction Manager, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings, Schedules and Specifications derived from the model(s) in accordance with Owner’s written requirements setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, including, without limitation, the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. The Plans, Drawings and Specifications for the entire Project shall be so prepared that same will call for the construction of the building and related facilities, together with its built-in permanent fixtures and equipment which will cost not more than the Guaranteed Maximum Price accepted by Owner, or the Amount Available for the Construction Contract established by Owner if no Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal has been accepted by Owner. The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for managing the design to stay within such Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal or Amount Available for the Construction Contract. The Architect/Engineer shall review the Construction Documents as they are being prepared at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Construction Documents. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Design Development Documents See Section 2, Part 1, Article 2.1.5.

  • Construction Contract Documents The Construction Contract Documents shall consist of the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all of which shall be compatible and consistent with this Agreement.
