Project Implementation Procedure. 2.1 The Contractor, realizing the need for a project or contract to which these Procurement Procedures apply pursuant to Article 1.5, shall introduce it as part of the proposed Work Program and Budgets to be developed and submitted by the Contractor to the National Petroleum Agency pursuant to Clause 7 of the Contract.
