Reinvest in production and product development; ii. Invest in marketing, brand development, distribution channels development to achieve the targets of this year’s business plan; iii. Improve and develop human resources to improve the capacity, quality and effectiveness of the Company iv. Compensate for the losses of the latest business period; v. Distribute profit for co-founders. e. Profits are distributed to the co-founders based on the project ownership rate when the project meets the following conditions: i. Turnover is sufficient to cover expenses incurred in the corresponding period; ii.   • Maintenance and Operation Member-Generator agrees to maintain their system and facilities in accordance with applicable manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and standard prudent engineering practices.
