Narrative Reporting. The CM shall prepare written reports as described hereunder. All such reports shall be in 8-2" x 11" or other convenient format. Copies shall be maintained at the Project Site and transmitted to the Owner and the AE. A bound copy of the complete narrative report shall be submitted to the Owner at the conclusion of the PROJECT. The narrative reporting subsystem shall include the following reports:
(a) A monthly executive summary which provides an overview of current and outstanding issues and pending decisions, primary party responsible for the decision, future developments and expected achievements, and any problems or delays, including code violations found by the Permitting Authority.
(b) A monthly cost narrative describing the current construction cost estimate and status of the PROJECT.
(c) A monthly scheduling narrative summarizing the current status of the overall Project Schedule. This report shall include an analysis of the various Project Schedules, a description of the critical path, and the analysis as necessary to compare planned performance with actual performance.
(d) A monthly accounting narrative describing the current actual cost and payment status of the PROJECT with supporting document. This report shall relate current encumbrances and expenditures to the budget allocations.
(e) A monthly construction progress report during the construction phase summarizing the work of the various subcontractors. This report shall include information from the weekly job site meetings as applicable such as general conditions, long lead supplies, current deliveries, safety and labor relations programs, permits, construction problems and recommendations and plans for the succeeding month.
(f) A daily construction diary during the construction phase describing events and conditions on the project site.
Narrative Reporting. 5.1. Any narrative report to be submitted in accordance with the Agreement shall describe the results achieved through the Project activities during the reporting period and an analysis of the extent to which set Project objectives have been achieved. Reports shall be set up in a way to allow actual results to be compared with expected results in, as applicable, agreed Terms of Reference and/or Project Documents.
5.2. Any narrative report shall moreover include information on any lessons learned and consequent adaptations to the Project as well as materialised risks to the Project activities, including how these have been handled in the reporting period and/or how these will be handled in the future. For a completed Project, an assessment of the sustainability of the results achieved shall form part of the reporting.
5.3. Narrative reports submitted shall be signed by an authorised representative of the Implementing Partner.
Narrative Reporting. The Recipient Agency will provide the Contributing Agency with a narrative report on the progress of the Activities on a regular basis, as follows: Progress Report 1: no later than end December 2021 Progress Report 2: no later than end June 2022 Progress Report 3: no later than end December 2022 The Recipient Agency will provide the Contributing Agency with a Final financial report not later than 12 months after the completion of the activities, prepared in accordance with the tive instructions.
Narrative Reporting. 7.1. Feed the Minds will ensure NRDP is aware of reporting requirements and proposing deadlines and formats to be used
7.2. NRDP will provide Feed the Minds with quarterly activity reports on the project and detailed narrative reports after each of the key activity including baseline assessment and workshops. Reports should aim to capture learning and assess progress against project objectives.
7.3. NRDP will be responsible for updating Feed the Minds of any factors that may affect the implementation and/or smooth running of the project against its originally intended aims and objectives.
Narrative Reporting. 9.1 Mak will furnish to Sweden in writing a narrative report annually as per agreed template. The narrative report shall contain an analysis of progress of the Program activities and expected results, following the structure of the Program document (Annex A), the results based management log frames, and as further elaborated in the approved annual work plans. Financial and performance indicators shall be connected in Activity Plans, and Results Based Management indicators (Annex D) shall be reported against in annual narrative reports.
9.2 Mak will furnish to Sweden in writing a final Program Completion Report by 1 May 2020 at the latest. The Final Report shall contain an account on a cumulative basis covering the entire activity period, of
9.3 Mak shall provide Sweden with all such information relevant to the implementation of the Program as may be requested by Sweden.

The report will cover the period from 1 July to 30 June each program year. A draft will be delivered to Sweden before the 15 September of the next program year, and the final version presented to Sweden before 31 October each program year. The annual report shall contain an account on a cumulative basis covering the entire Program period, of activities achieved during the period of reporting, achieved outputs compared to planned outputs, achieved outcome objective(s) compared to planned outcome objective(s) (or progress towards achieving the outcome objective(s) and an assessment of the likelihood of achieving the planned outcome objectives, an assessment of risk factors that may affect the achievement of the objectives, and an assessment of possible adjustments in the Program implementation, including risk management.
9.2 Mak will furnish to Sweden in writing a final Program Completion Report by 1 May 2020 at the latest. The Final Report shall contain an account on a cumulative basis covering the entire activity period, of achieved outputs compared to planned outputs, achieved outcome objective(s) compared to planned outcome objective(s), an assessment of factors that have affected the achievement of the objectives, lessons learned from the Program implementation, and an assessment of possible needs for adjustments in a potential new phase of the Program, including risk mitigating actions.
9.3 Mak shall provide Sweden with all such information relevant to the implementation of the Program as may be requested by Sweden.
Narrative Reporting. During the implementation of their project, SAIPs are required to submit Quarterly Narrative Reports on the implementation of their grant project (see annexP for the format). The Quarterly Narrative Reports provide the MA with concrete and detailed insight in the progress of the grant project, as they are based on the output and outcome indicators, as defined in the LogFrame. Exact deadlines for submission of Quarterly Reports and the exact period it will cover are dependent on the duration of the grant project, its starting and end date. In section 3.3.2.2, a tentative reporting schedule is presented, to provide applicants with insight on the reporting requirements for an ESAP2 grant. Exact deadlines for reporting and the period it will cover will be stipulated in the grant agreement. Besides providing the MA with insight in the progress of the grant project and the use of the grant budget, the Reports also include a planning for the next period on the activities to be implemented and the budget needed for it. SAIPs can only implement activities which are part of the approved and quarterly updated Action Plan (see annex C).
Narrative Reporting. Judo for xxxx shall submit a final narrative report based on the template from Fredskorpset by the end of the project, and no later than three months after the last participant has returned to his/her home country. the Afghan Judo federation will contribute to this report. Fredskorpset will issue templates and deadlines for any additional reporting from the project. BUDGET AND FUNDING
