Project Management Information System. Commencing immediately following the date established by the Notice to Proceed, the CM shall implement and shall utilize throughout the life of this Agreement all subsystems of the Project Management Information System hereinafter referred to as "PMIS." The reports, documents and data to be provided through PMIS shall represent an accurate assessment of the current status of the PROJECT and of the work remaining to be accomplished and it shall provide a sound basis for identifying variances and problems and for making management decisions. It shall be prepared and furnished to the Owner and the AE monthly and shall accompany each pay request. If requested by the Owner, the CM shall conduct a comprehensive workshop in Xxx County, Florida, for participants designated by the Owner and such additional seminars as are required to provide instruction. The workshop and the seminars shall facilitate each participant's and the Owner's representatives' use and understanding of PMIS. The PMIS shall be described in terms of the following major subsystems:

Project Management Information System. (PMIS) (1) Commencing immediately after contract award, the Construction Manager shall implement and shall utilize throughout the life of this Contract all sub systems of the Project Management Information System hereinafter referred to as PMIS. (2) The reports, documents, and data to be provided shall represent an accurate assessment of the current status of the Project and of the work remaining to be accomplished and it shall provide a sound basis for identifying variances and problems and for making management decisions. It shall be prepared and furnished to the Owner and the Architect-Engineer monthly and shall accompany each pay request. (3) If requested by the Project Manager, the Construction Manager shall conduct a comprehensive workshop in West Palm Beach for participants designated by the Project Manager and additional seminars as required to provide instruction. This workshop and the seminars shall facilitate each participant’s and the Owner’s Representatives’ use and understanding of PMIS; shall support, in-part, the function of organizing in concert with the Architect-Engineer for the design and construction of the Project; and shall establish, with the full concurrence of the Owner and the Architect-Engineer, procedures for accomplishing the management control aspect of the Project. (4) The PMIS shall be described in terms of the following major sub systems: (a) Narrative Reporting, on a monthly basis, (b) Schedule Control, on a monthly basis, (c) Cost Control, and estimating, (d) Project Accounting, (e) Accounting and Payment, and

Project Management Information System. The Judicial Council has developed a collaborative on-line document management system Judicial Council Program Information and Controls System (“JPIC”) based on SharePoint software. JPIC is owner-controlled and will store and organize all electronic data related to the Project in a uniform and transparent system. The Construction Manager’s team shall be provided training on the use of JPIC and shall utilize JPIC to manage the Project and report on Project status, which shall include the following, without limitation: Construction Manager shall utilize JPIC to support such functions as planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, reporting progress and identifying and documenting problems and solutions for the Project. Construction Manager shall draft and generate the monthly and quarterly progress reports to the Judicial Council regarding status of the Project using JPIC. The DBE shall utilize their preferred project management information system. Construction Manager shall copy high level documents such as logs, schedules and change order related information from the DBE’s system to JPIC on a regular basis (typically weekly) and keep data current. The Inspector is required to provide the Judicial Council updates on inspections on a monthly basis. Construction Manager shall enter this information into JPIC on a monthly basis. At project completion, the DBE shall provide all project documents (as-builts, O&M manuals, training videos, submittals, etc. as well as the logs and schedules) to the Judicial Council in electronic format. Construction Manager shall upload these electronic files to JPIC if requested by the Project Manager.

Project Management Information System. (PMIS). Architect shall comply with Owner's PMIS Requirements as described in Exhibit 7 for using a web-based system for project collaboration and data tracking among team members on a Project during the life of such Project.‌
Project Management Information System. A. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it is expressly understood that the CM shall establish and maintain, for the duration of the Project, project controls systems, including without limitation, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, cost reporting, and project engineering systems. Documents and files produced by computer systems and databases used by the CM during the performance of this Agreement shall be in a format acceptable to the County and compatible with existing County systems. Current County standards for PC software are available from the Administrative Agent. C. Commencing promptly after approval of this Amendment by the County, and the issuance of the NTP by the Administrative Agent, the CM shall implement and shall utilize throughout the life of this Agreement a project management information system, which shall be compatible with E-Builder and other County systems, and which shall hereinafter be referred to as PMIS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Administrative Agent may modify and/or reduce the CM’s PMIS reporting requirements specified below. 1. The reports, documents and data to be provided shall represent an assessment of the current status of the Project and of the work remaining to be accomplished and shall provide a basis for identifying variances and problems and for making management decisions. An executive summary report will be furnished to the Administrative Agent along with the monthly each pay request. A copy of the executive summary report will be furnished to the Design Consultant at the same time. 2. If requested by the Administrative Agent, the CM shall conduct a workshop for participants designated by the Administrative Agent as required to provide instruction related to the use and role of the PMIS. 3. The PMIS shall, at a minimum, include the following: i. Monthly Narrative Reporting ii. Weekly Schedule Control iii. Cost Control and Estimating iv. Project Accounting v. Accounting and Payment vi. Action Reports vii. Critical Issues - Look Ahead D. Narrative Reporting 1. The CM shall prepare written reports as described hereunder. 2. No other PMIS Narrative Reports shall be required, however, additional types of reports may be requested and required by the Administrative Agent. All reports shall be in 8 ½” x 11" format. 3. Project Management Information System. Judicial Council intends to utilize Procore as its online Project Management Information System for this project to collaborate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders throughout all project phases. Construction Manager’s team shall be provided training on the use of Procore and the Judicial Council Program Information Controls System (“JPIC”) and shall utilize Procore to manage the Project and report on Project status, which shall include the following, without limitation: 3.10.1. Construction Manager shall utilize Procore to support such functions as planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, reporting progress, and identifying and documenting problems and solutions for the Project. Construction Manager shall draft and generate the monthly and quarterly progress reports to Judicial Council regarding status of the Project using Procore. 3.10.2. The DBE shall utilize Procore. 3.10.3. The IOR is required to provide Judicial Council updates on inspections on a monthly basis. Construction Manager shall enter this information into Procore on a monthly basis. 3.10.4. At project completion, the DBE shall provide all project documents (as-builts, O&M manuals, training videos, submittals, etc. as well as the logs and schedules) to Judicial Council in electronic format. Construction Manager shall verify that all of these documents have been uploaded.
Project Management Information System. The Engineer will collaborate with the TRA or GPTRA System’s personnel to facilitate the implementation of a Project Database within a Project Management Information System (PMIS). The PMIS will provide electronic management that shall govern the distribution and file copies of all Project related correspondence, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, pay estimates, reports, plans and technical data. The TRA or GPTRA System and the Engineer will use the PMIS to facilitate the effective electronic exchange of Project information and documents with members of the design team and other interested stakeholders.
