Project Meetings and Coordination. Contractor and Subcontractor shall meet with City Bioswale Project Manager once per month to discuss the status and successes of the program and to consult with the City on any concerns that need to be addressed. The schedule for this meeting shall be mutually agreed upon by City and Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for coordination and overall project management of the work associated with this Agreement.
Project Meetings and Coordination. Contractor will attend scheduled project coordination meetings with the City’s project team over the course of the design. This will include up to three (3) virtual coordination meetings. Contractor will provide an agenda at least one (1) day prior to the meetings and provide meeting minutes within five (5) days of all meetings attended. In addition, Contractor proposes weekly conference calls with the City to provide an update on design progress and discuss any key decision points related to the project.

Xxxxxx-Xxxx assumes more intensive meetings with HCD to review for compliance with statutory requirements and negotiate favorable terms in the during the update process. This may require consultation with outside counsel, meetings with decision-makers, advocates or other parties to assist an advise on statutory considerations. Therefore, a more robust budget for meetings and coordination is assumed for this effort. Xxxxxx Xxxx recommends an initial collaboration with HCD to understand expectations for review and meeting statutory considerations, given the City’s current compliance status. Following initial consultation, more iterative discussions with the City and HCD to ensure compliance are anticipated TASK 2 – RHNA SITE INVENTORY AND OPPORTUNITY FINDER This task will provide a web-based site inventory identification tool that taps into the RHNA Community Snapshot data, going well beyond simple vacant site evaluation. The site inventory tool is used to: • Identify development potential of underutilized properties (critical for supporting nonvacant site requirements early in the site inventory process) • Emphasize location efficiencies around transit and employment centers • Emphasize location efficiencies around parks, open spaces, and key services • Promote diverse housing choices and Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing goals • This task will deliver a fully configured suitability tool with ready-to-use capabilities built on top of Esri’s ArcGIS Urban Suitability Modeler.
Project Meetings and Coordination. The R+A team will hold regular phone calls to coordinate with the City about the project. This task also covers “informal” communication via email and phone up to the maximum budget. This will include monthly status reports on the project.
