Project Meetings and Coordination. Contractor and Subcontractor shall meet with City Bioswale Project Manager once per month to discuss the status and successes of the program and to consult with the City on any concerns that need to be addressed. The schedule for this meeting shall be mutually agreed upon by City and Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for coordination and overall project management of the work associated with this Agreement.

Project Meetings and Coordination. Contractor will attend scheduled project coordination meetings with the City’s project team over the course of the design. This will include a virtual kickoff meeting and up to six (6) virtual coordination meetings with the option to substitute in-person meetings for virtual meetings if necessary. Contractor will provide an agenda at least one (1) day prior to the meetings and provide meeting minutes within five (5) days of all meetings attended. In addition, Contractor proposes weekly conference calls with the City to provide an update on design progress and discuss any key decision points related to the project. Contractor shall be prepared to attend City Council meeting for the award of the phase 1 contract.
