Project Overview and Objectives. Exploratory analyses of [INSERT T OR B] cell diversity by [INSERT SEQUENCING DEPTH] sequencing of [INSERT LOCUS TO BE SEQUENCED] will be performed on [INSERT MATERIAL TYPE] samples. [INSERT MATERIAL TYPE] obtained from Protocol INSERT PROTOCOL NUMBER will be assessed. The sequencing data generated by Adaptive will be used by Collaborator to monitor [INSERT WHAT WE WILL MONITOR]. Objectives of the correlative study may include: • Determine if a minimum threshold of baseline T cell or B cell diversity correlates with clinical activity • Characterize the apparent presence/absence and relative quantity of T cell clones during treatment • Monitor individual sequence frequencies for each patient over the course of therapy and correlate data to outcomes

Project Overview and Objectives. Led by the Center for BrainHealth, The BrainHealth Project represents a unique international collaboration of the world's leading experts focused on the brain's upward potential and developing science-backed protocols to strengthen it. The BrainHealth Project is, first and foremost, a longitudinal research project to discover brain health markers and evaluate interventions that proactively reduce cognitive decline. By enrolling in the project, research participants will be able to take assessments, surveys, consume personalized digital training and resources. They also will receive personalized content recommendations through reports and feedback that are created procedurally from user data and by staff/clinicians through individual video coaching sessions. In a pilot program spanning three months, we recruited 200+ participants. Those participants were able to assess, train, and validate the efficacy of the remote platform and ultimately show improvement to their brain health over that time. After the pilot data was collected, analyzed, and published it was decided that we would proceed with a public soft launch in September 2020. Within a few months we recruited an additional 3,000 participants to the research platform. The results and feedback of the pilot, and the subsequent soft launch has led to continuous improvement to the platform. In the year that followed we have recruited an additional 10K participants to the project. Less than one year after our soft launch the platform was named a finalist in Fast Company’s 2021 Innovation by Design Awards, in the Wellness category. The BrainHealth Project web application is built in a way that makes it possible for all or part of the platform to be marketed to individuals and businesses seeking improved brain health outcomes for themselves or their team members. The mobile applications should reinforce and enhance these capabilities. Our BrainHealthy Workplace offering has already engaged with several nationally recognized organizations to pilot the BrainHealth RFP# UTD20220315-EH Project at the corporate level. For these purposes the goals and outcomes of the project research remain the same. However these partnerships underscore the need to meet commercial quality design and engineering standards for the forthcoming mobile application. There has been a wide emergence of digital health platforms in the last five years that vary widely in shape and purpose but many targeting the same vertical market. We aim ...
