Scope of Construction Work. The Concessionaire shall construct each of the Regional MSW Facility in accordance with the Standards and Specifications as provided under this Agreement and the Project Plan which is approved by Grantor ULB which shall include: (i) Construction of the Regional MSW Facility, including Compost / RDF / Waste to Energy Plant and scientific landfill; (ii) Construction of Transfer Station at the various specified points for Grantor ULB and each Participating ULB; (iii) Installation of a weighing/metering device such as the Weighbridge at the Transfer Station and the Receipt Point at the Site; and (iv) any other allied work (including civil works) that may be necessary in relation to the implementation of the Project.

Scope of Construction Work. (a) The Concessionaire shall construct the Regional MSW Facility in accordance with the Standards and Specifications as provided under the Concession Agreement and the project plan which is approved by Grantor ULB and shall include the construction of: (i) the Regional MSW processing facility, (such as compost plant, RDF…etc), including the Scientific Landfill; and (ii) the Transfer Station for each Participating ULB as per the specifications in the MSW Supply Agreement with each Participating ULB; and (iii) Installation of a weighing/metering device such as the Weighbridge at the Transfer Station and the Receipt Point at the Site; and (iv) any other allied work (including civil work) as required as per the detailed scope of work or as may be necessary in relation to the implementation of the Project. (b) The Concessionaire shall ensure that the following activities are conducted within the scope of construction of the Regional MSW Facility at all times during the Term: (i) the construction of the Regional MSW Facility is done in accordance with the Standards and Specifications as provided in the Concession Agreement; (ii) the Regional MSW Facility is tested during the Testing Period so as to ensure that it is constructed in accordance with the Standards and Specifications and is ready to be used and operated; (iii) there are regular inspections and maintenance checks conducted in relation to the Regional MSW Facility; (iv) There are periodic reports submitted to the Project Engineer in relation to the construction of the Regional MSW Facility in accordance with this Concession Agreement; (v) there is an annual report (including both technical and financial reports) submitted to the Grantor ULB in relation to the construction of the Regional MSW Facility; (vi) there are accurate and updated records maintained in relation to construction activities done under this Concession Agreement; (vii) all Applicable Approvals and insurance covers are maintained by the Concessionaire and renewed as required.
Scope of Construction Work. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, equipment and materials, including tools, implements, and appliances required, and to perform all the work in a good and workmanlike manner, free from any and all liens and claims from mechanics, material suppliers, subcontractors, artisans, machinists, teamsters, freight carriers, and laborers required for the Project, all in strict compliance with the Plans and Specifications therefor and other contract documents relating thereto. The Contractor and the District agree that all of the documents listed in Article 1.1.1 of the General Conditions (which General Conditions are attached hereto as Exhibit B) form the Contract Documents, which form the Contract (as defined therein). In accordance with Section 3300 of the Public Contract Code, Contractor has a Class B license that it shall maintain in good standing for the duration of Contractor’s work on the Project.
Scope of Construction Work. Public Agency hereby acknowledges and agrees that the scope of work shall be limited to, and Design/Builder shall only perform, the following: Lighting Fixture Upgrades – See Schedule 1 for lighting fixture/lamp Scope of Work. Fixture lenses – In coordination with the Public Agency, Design/Builder will document and replace damaged, missing, or discolored fixtures lenses. Replacement will be determined based upon matching lens availability and significance of the need with priority given to issues such as large cracks, missing pieces, missing lenses, or discoloration that reduces light output. Lens quantities will be limited based upon the total quantities found below. Ceiling tiles – In coordination with the Public Agency, Design/Builder will replace tiles that are either missing or those with greater than 1.5 square inches of damaged with a best possible match to original color and pattern at each site. Water‐stained ceiling tiles will be reported to the Public Agency and will not be replaced unless the Public Agency documents that specific leaks are corrected prior to the replacement work being executed on any site. Water‐stained ceiling tiles with greater than 50% damage will be replaced under this scope. Ceiling tile quantities will be limited based upon the total quantities found below.   • Commencement and Completion of Construction Subject to Unavoidable Delays, Developer shall cause construction of the Minimum Improvements to be undertaken and completed: (i) by no later than June 1, 2020; or (ii) by such other date as the parties shall mutually agree upon in writing. Time lost as a result of Unavoidable Delays shall be added to extend this date by a number of days equal to the number of days lost as a result of Unavoidable Delays. All work with respect to the Minimum Improvements shall be in conformity with the Construction Plans approved by the building official or any amendments thereto as may be approved by the building official. Developer agrees that it shall permit designated representatives of the City, upon reasonable notice (which does not have to be written), to enter upon the Development Property during the construction of the Minimum Improvements to inspect such construction and the progress thereof.

  • DAF Construction The DAF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Developer shall deliver to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO “as- built” drawings, information and documents for the DAF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the DAF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the DAF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Developer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the DAF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Large Generating Facility. The Developer shall provide to, and coordinate with, Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO with respect to proposed specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • Completion of Construction Within 60 days of the completion of construction of the Project, Project Owner shall deliver to DoD copies of the FAA form 7460-2 for each ASN, including the final coordinates for each turbine erected.

  • ICIF Construction The ICIF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner with Interconnection Customer’s specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

  • Commencement of Construction Construction of the Project will start within thirty (30) days after notification to the Developer by the Owner, or as soon thereafter as weather and ground conditions permit.

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure: 1. Coordination and providing supervision to all Subcontractor and workers; 2. Posting of the prevailing wage scale; 3. Maintaining a copy of the Contractors safety program manual made available to all construction personnel; 4. Conducting weekly on-site safety meetings; 5. Completing the daily labor and construction progress log on a daily basis and submit copies to the County on a daily basis. Copies of the previous day’s reports must be submitted by 9:00AM of the following day. a. Daily labor log is to include a listing of Subcontractor(s) and a count of workers by trade providing services for the day. b. Construction progress log is to include a narrative of the Work provided by trade(s). Narrative agrees to include the various areas of the jobsite where Work was performed and any problems or conditions that were encountered. c. In the event the Contractor fails to provide a daily log and/or construction progress log, the County may impose damages against the Contractor in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each log and deduct from the Contractor’s payment request, for each day the Contractor does not provide the documentation. 6. County may suspend Contractor operations if no Contractor Superintendent is observed. All delays caused by the suspension will be the responsibility of the Contractor. No time extension or claims for cost(s) associated with the suspension will be granted by the County.
