Project-Specific Provisions. 5.1 Subject to approval by the relevant Supplier(s), Infinigate may from time to time offer special quotes and/or prices to you for a specific project with you, with you (where you are a reseller) in turn then agreeing to supply any Prod- ucts under the project to named end customers (this is subject to the Supplier clearly identifying the scope of the project from the outset and clearly naming all end cus- tomers (or naming you as the end customer, where you are a customer and not a reseller)). Any such discounted prices will be set out in the Order Confirmation and, for the avoidance doubt, shall be subject to the terms set out in paragraph 2. 5.2 You undertake to (a) comply with all terms in regards to the specific project (including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions and the Order Confirmation) and, in particular, keep all related end customer documents such as delivery notes and invoices available for a mini- mum period of 12 months after receipt of such infor- mation from the end customer (or keep such information about yourself for a minimum period of 12 months where you are the end customer) and to submit these on re- quest of Infinigate and/or the Supplier to Infinigate and/or the Supplier (as the case may be), (b) (where you are a reseller) sell only to the authorised end customer, as pro- vided by the Supplier at the start of the project, and (c) not to exceed the maximum retail price agreed for the Products in relation to the specific project. 5.3 Where approval from the Supplier has not been or can- not be obtained or where you breach any terms and con- ditions that the Supplier has in place from time to time, Infinigate has the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its right to further claims, to charge you for the difference between the special price confirmed for the specific project and the regular purchase price of the Products invoiced.

Project-Specific Provisions. For all bridge works the contractor will have to meet all the specifications on the applicable drawings and meet the satisfaction of the Coordinating Registered Professional and Professional of Record. Delineators shall be installed at the ends of the curbs, which shall be half-mitered according to the Bridge Manual. They must be clearly visible with the no-post placement in front of them. The contractor is responsible for all signage, traffic control equipment and possible staff costs associated with any traffic management that may be required at this site. Best Management Practices (BMP) must be employed during the removal and installation works in and about the stream channel as per the Environmental Management Plan. All of these works will be supervised by an environmental monitor provided by the Ministry. The cost of the environmental monitor shall be paid by the Ministry. The Ministry provided environmental monitor must be on site for the commencement of works to go over the work plan, BMP’s, and the Environmental Management Plan; and to monitor the existing structure removal and any works in and around the stream. Any potential for sediment release must be contained at the site through the work plan along with the placement of additional silt fencing. Footing excavation and foundation preparation, including leveling fill compaction, is to be inspected and approved by the Professional of Record. Minimum required compaction equipment to be 1000 lb plate compactor. Grouting & Cast-in Place Concrete - For all grouting works required, the contractor is to meet all specifications on the applicable drawings to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Record and the Coordinating Registered Professional. Grout and concrete sampling and testing will be required for all works on this structure. A minimum of twenty four (24) field grout samples (twelve cylinders for the Xxxxxx stud pockets and twelve cylinders or four cube trays for the deck joints) and a minimum of three
