Project-Specific Provisions.
14.1 Any additional provisions to the foregoing for this Project shall be established by Project Authorization(s) or Project Authorization Revision(s).

Project-Specific Provisions. 1. Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit
a. MDT concludes, and the City agrees, the project work is designed in compliance with applicable Small MS4 Permit requirements.
b. The City agrees to operate, monitor and maintain storm water management features in compliance with applicable MS4 requirements.
Project-Specific Provisions. 5.1 Subject to approval by the relevant Supplier(s), Infinigate may from time to time offer special quotes and/or prices to you for a specific project with you, with you (where you are a reseller) in turn then agreeing to supply any Prod- ucts under the project to named end customers (this is subject to the Supplier clearly identifying the scope of the project from the outset and clearly naming all end cus- tomers (or naming you as the end customer, where you are a customer and not a reseller)). Any such discounted prices will be set out in the Order Confirmation and, for the avoidance doubt, shall be subject to the terms set out in paragraph 2.
5.2 You undertake to (a) comply with all terms in regards to the specific project (including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions and the Order Confirmation) and, in particular, keep all related end customer documents such as delivery notes and invoices available for a mini- mum period of 12 months after receipt of such infor- mation from the end customer (or keep such information about yourself for a minimum period of 12 months where you are the end customer) and to submit these on re- quest of Infinigate and/or the Supplier to Infinigate and/or the Supplier (as the case may be), (b) (where you are a reseller) sell only to the authorised end customer, as pro- vided by the Supplier at the start of the project, and (c) not to exceed the maximum retail price agreed for the Products in relation to the specific project.
5.3 Where approval from the Supplier has not been or can- not be obtained or where you breach any terms and con- ditions that the Supplier has in place from time to time, Infinigate has the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its right to further claims, to charge you for the difference between the special price confirmed for the specific project and the regular purchase price of the Products invoiced.
Project-Specific Provisions. Water service shall be provided by connecting to the existing waterline in Xxxxxx Chapel Road and/or Xxxxxxxxxx Mill Road. Water lines shall meet all City Requirements, including but not limited to size, design standards, loop feed requirements (with a second feed required prior to exceeding the 100th Certificate of Occupancy.), fire flow requirements, and system needs. There shall be no City participation in the cost. The Developer shall extend water lines through the Project to its boundaries as directed by the City to allow for future extension.
Project-Specific Provisions. Water service shall be provided by connecting a 6-inch waterline to the existing 12-inch waterline in Medallion Drive. Water lines shall meet all City Requirements, including but not limited to size, design standards, loop feed requirements (with a second feed required prior to exceeding the 100th Certificate of Occupancy.), fire flow requirements, and system needs. There shall be no City participation in the cost. The Developer shall extend water lines through the Project to its boundaries as directed by the City to allow for future extension.

Water lines shall meet all City Requirements, including but not limited to size, design standards, loop feed requirements (with a second feed required prior to exceeding the 100th Certificate of Occupancy.), fire flow requirements, and system needs. There shall be no City participation in the cost. The Developer shall extend water lines through the Project to its boundaries as directed by the City to allow for future extension.

(2) <Insert Provider>, <Insert address>, <Insert postalcode and town>, Business registration no.: <Insert business registration no.> (”the Provider”) THE PARTIES HAVE AGREED THE FOLLOWING: 1 SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT AND AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT
1.1 This Contract is concluded pursuant to: An advertisement in accordance with the Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs Executive Order no 1572 of 30 November 2016 concerning the use of electronic communication for invitations to tender and the advertisement of public procurement under the thresholds with certain cross-border interest.
1.2 This Contract covers the execution of the Plastic packaging waste flow in Kenya project. The objective, scope and content of the project, the Deliverables from the Parties, the time schedule etc. are included in the specification of requirements, cf. Annex 1.
1.3 Any deviations in the performance of the Project may only be made following written agreement with the Contracting Entity.
1.4 The Provider shall accept changes in the Project; both extensions and restrictions in relation to the Provider’s tender, cf. Annex 2. The Contract Price will be adjusted to reflect any extensions or restrictions.
