Project-Specific Provisions. ‌ 14.1 Any additional provisions to the foregoing for this Project shall be established by Project Authorization(s) or Project Authorization Revision(s).

MDT concludes, and the City agrees, the project work is designed in compliance with applicable Small MS4 Permit requirements. b. Any such discounted prices will be set out in the Order Confirmation and, for the avoidance doubt, shall be subject to the terms set out in paragraph 2. 5.2 You undertake to (a) comply with all terms in regards to the specific project (including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions and the Order Confirmation) and, in particular, keep all related end customer documents such as delivery notes and invoices available for a mini- mum period of 12 months after receipt of such infor- mation from the end customer (or keep such information about yourself for a minimum period of 12 months where you are the end customer) and to submit these on re- quest of Infinigate and/or the Supplier to Infinigate and/or the Supplier (as the case may be), (b) (where you are a reseller) sell only to the authorised end customer, as pro- vided by the Supplier at the start of the project, and (c) not to exceed the maximum retail price agreed for the Products in relation to the specific project. 5.3 Where approval from the Supplier has not been or can- not be obtained or where you breach any terms and con- ditions that the Supplier has in place from time to time, Infinigate has the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its right to further claims, to charge you for the difference between the special price confirmed for the specific project and the regular purchase price of the Products invoiced.

Project-Specific Provisions. (a) The Contractor may adopt suitable slope (angle) for the embankment as per the availability of fill material/design requirements. The slopes shall be checked for safety against failure. As per clause 4.2.3.3 of relevant Manual (IRC:SP:84-2019 ,) ”The side slopes and the earthen shoulders shall be protected against erosion by providing a suitable vegetative cover, kerb channel, chute, stone/cement concrete block pitching or any other suitable protection measures depending on the height of the embankment and susceptibility of soil to erosion.
