Project Support Team. The Project Support Team shall be appointed and approved by the Coordinator. It shall assist and facilitate the day-to-day management of the Project, such as communication with stakeholders and legal, financial and administrative issues. External Advisory Board (EAB) An External Advisory Board (EAB) will be appointed and steered by the General Assembly. The External Advisory Board (EAB) is a group of selected stakeholders such as fish farmers associations, industry associations and food legislation authorities. The EAB will attend meetings and consult on issues related to process and product development, logistics solutions, decision making and implementation of NextGenProteins results/outcomes. Members of the EAB have been identified and will be involved at the project start. All members of the consortium can suggest an EAB member, but they need to be approved by the General Assembly to get a seat in the EAB. The EAB will be invited to the kick-off meeting, annual meetings and concluding symposium for advice and consultancies. The EAB has no financial obligations to the project but signs a non-disclosure agreement before/if any confidential information will be exchanged. Exploitation and Dissemination Officer (EDO) The EDO responsibilities include overall communication, preparation of a Communication Strategy, tracking and managing of potential intellectual property rights (IPR), preparation of an Exploitation and Dissemination Plan and innovation management plan.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project.   • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
