Human Resource Matters. 4.1 MOHH/ SAF-MINDEF will administer the Resident’s employment contracts and other relevant Human Resources matters including leave, medical benefits, salary, insurance coverage, etc. The Resident shall abide by and receive salary, annual leave, medical benefits, insurance coverage and other benefits as set out in the MOHH/SAF-MINDEF employment contract. 4.2 Residents employed by MOHH will be entitled to the Personal Training Fund (PTF) which is a form of financial assistance to support Residents when they sign up for training activities such as local and overseas courses, conferences, exams, and medical-related programs, in accordance with the relevant MOHH polices and approval process. 4.3 Sponsoring Institution may make available supplementary funding to Residents undertaking Residency Program to support their residency training activities for a specified funding period, subject to the terms of this Agreement. 4.4 Residents will be assigned a MOHH email account. Communications to Residents will be done via this email account. Residents are expected to check their MOHH e-mail accounts on a regular basis.

Human Resource Matters. 2.1 Transition of Hired Employees: Except as otherwise specifically provided in Section 2.2, all employees of the RES Business shall, at the Effective Time, automatically become employees of NEWCO as of the Effective Time. All employees of the RES Business automatically hired by NEWCO as of the Effective Time shall be referred to herein as the "Hired Employees." Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, EXPERIAN shall have no obligations with respect to the Hired Employees after the Effective Time.
Human Resource Matters. 9.1. The parties agree that the Transferee shall be at liberty to make offers to engage such employees/contractors of the Transferor as are currently assigned to the Transferor's Insurance Business and as may be selected by the Transferee in consultation with the Transferor. The Transferor shall indemnify the Transferee against each and every cost, claim, liability, expense or demand relating to or arising out of any wrongful act or omission by the Transferor on or before the Scheme Effective Date in relation to any contract of employment with any of the employees/contractors or former employees/contractors of the Transferor including without limitation any matter relating to or arising out of: - 9.1.1. the breach of any contract of employment including wrongful or unfair dismissal; 9.1.2. unpaid salary, benefits, holiday pay, severance pay, pay in lieu of notice or other statutory benefits or emoluments; or 9.1.3. anything done or omitted on or before the Scheme Effective Date by or in relation to the Transferor in respect of any contract of employment of any person employed or assigned to the Transferor's Insurance Business. 9.2. The Transferor shall provide services related to the Transferee’s administering of the Insurance Business following the transfer of the said Insurance Business to the Transferee, and the parties shall enter into a service level agreement in respect of such services.

  • Human Resources (i) Advice and assistance in relation to the staffing of Party B, including assistance in the recruitment, employment and secondment of management personnel, administrative personnel and staff of Party B; (ii) Training of management, staff and administrative personnel; (iii) Assistance in the development of sound payroll administrative controls in Party B; (iv) Advice and assistance in the relocation of management and staff of Party B;

  • Union Bargaining Committee A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Health & Safety Committee The Employer agrees to establish a Health & Safety Committee for all employees of the company under the auspices of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). The Committee shall be made up of an equal number (not less than one each) of non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit persons who have completed their probationary period. The Union has the right to appoint the members representing the bargaining unit. The Committee shall keep minutes of its meetings and post them in the shop. One copy will be forwarded to the Union office.
