Proper Use of the Services. You promise not to use any NissanConnect Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that interferes with our provision of services to our other customers. You promise you will not abuse or do anything to damage our business operations, services, reputation, employees, facilities, or those of the Service Providers. If you do any of these things, you agree you will be responsible for any amount anyone else claims from us, plus any expenses, resulting in whole or in part from that use or your actions. You cannot resell, copy, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, perform, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content you receive through NissanConnect Services and you cannot use any content you receive through the NissanConnect Services for commercial purposes.
Proper Use of the Services. You promise to use AcuraLink emergency and roadside services only for actual emergencies and roadside assistance needs. You promise not to use any AcuraLink service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that interferes with our provision of services to our other customers. You promise you won't abuse or do anything to damage our business operations, services, reputation, employees, facilities, or those of the Service Providers. If you do any of these things, you agree you'll be responsible for any amount anyone else claims from us, plus any expenses, resulting in whole or in part from that use or your actions.

You promise not to use any InTouch Apps Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that interferes with our provision of services to our other customers. You promise you will not abuse or do anything to damage our business operations, services, reputation, employees, facilities, or those of the Service Providers. If you do any of these things, you agree you will be responsible for any amount we claim plus any expenses, or that anyone else claims from us, plus any expenses, resulting in whole or in part from that use or your actions. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities and losses brought against us by any third party as a result of your breach of any provision of this Agreement. You cannot resell, copy, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, perform, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content you receive through InTouch Apps Services and you cannot use any content you receive through the InTouch Apps Services for commercial purposes.
Proper Use of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations, ordinances and other laws applicable to your Vehicle. You promise to use Hyundai BlueLink Service emergency and roadside services only for actual emergencies and roadside assistance needs. You promise not to use the Hyundai BlueLink Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that is not described in materials provided by us to you or that interferes with our provision of services to you or to our other customers. You promise you will not abuse or do anything to damage our business operations, services, reputation, employees or facilities. If you do any of these things, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all costs, expenses (including legal fees), losses, damages and other liabilities which arise from or in connection with a claim or demand that any third party makes against us, which results in whole or in part from that use or misuse, or your actions or failure to act.

You promise not to use any content you receive through NissanConnect/InfinitiConnect Services except as expressly authorized by us or our Service Provider. You cannot resell any of it or use it for commercial purposes. You cannot copy, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, perform, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any of it.

You cannot copy, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, perform, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any of it. 6.5. Other Users or Occupants of your Vehicle. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USE OF NISSANCONNECT SERVICES/MYINFINITI IN YOUR VEHICLE, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT THE ONE USING IT, AND EVEN IF YOU LATER CLAIM THE USE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. YOU ARE ALSO SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SERVICES REQUESTED BY YOU, OR BY ANYONE USING YOUR VEHICLE, THROUGH NISSANCONNECT SERVICES/MYINFINITI. You promise to educate and inform all users and occupants of your Vehicle about the NissanConnect Services/MyINFINITI and system features and limitations, the terms of the Agreement. Neither any Service Provider nor we have any obligation to inquire about the authority of anyone using your Vehicle. If you use the NissanConnect Services/MyINFINITI to commit a crime or for another improper purpose, you will be responsible for any damages owed by us as a result of such use.
Proper Use of the Services. The Client undertakes to use the Services in accordance with the Contract and with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the Services and to the activities that the Client carries out with the Services, in the countries in which the Datacentres from which the Services are provided are located and in those in which the activities are carried out, transit or are used. The Client undertakes to use the Services in compliance with the technical limitations established by OVHcloud in order to prevent misuse. The Client will use the Services in a reasonable manner and will refrain from any act that could jeopardize the stability or security of OVHcloud's Infrastructures and systems, or lead to a degradation in the performance of services provided to other OVHcloud clients. In this respect, for certain Services, OVHcloud may collect metadata related to their use, such as, for example, data related to the use of the processor, memory, errors in logs. Any fraudulent or illegal use of the Services, such as sending fraudulent e-mails (“SPAM”) from the Services, is strictly prohibited. The Client undertakes not to use any debriding process for the purpose of downloading large quantities of illicit Content on or from the Services. The Client will not carry out intrusion or attempted intrusion activities using the Services without the prior express written consent of OVHcloud. For clarification purposes, crypto-currency mining, denial-of-service attacks, video game bots, traffic exchanges (Hitleap, Jingling, etc.), and Black Hat SEO (Download, re-upload of videos on online video platforms, etc.) are strictly prohibited. As an exception, the Client may use consensus mechanisms such as Proof of Stake for the purpose of verifying transactions made on a blockchain, provided that such use is not abusive or fraudulent, does not jeopardize the stability or security of OVHcloud systems, does not generate any damage to the Infrastructures used by Client’s Services, and does not degrade the performance of services provided to OVHcloud Clients.
