Proposal Evaluation and Award. Award(s) shall be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the Request for Proposal. The City shall be the sole judge as to the acceptability of the products and/or services offered.

Proposal Evaluation and Award. The award shall be made in the best interest of the University. This Request for Proposal is not subject to any competitive bidding requirements of Minnesota law. The University reserves the right to accept other than the most financially advantageous proposal. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals, and unless otherwise specified in writing by the Offeror, to accept any items in any proposal. The University may require oral presentation of one or more Offerors for the purpose of discussion and negotiation. The award document will be a Contract incorporating, by reference, all the requirements, terms and conditions of the solicitation and the Contractor’s proposal as negotiated.
Proposal Evaluation and Award. 4.1 Evaluation Process Royse City ISD’s Evaluation Committee will initially review and evaluate each proposal received to determine the Vendor’s ability to meet the RFP requirements. The evaluation criteria described in Section 4.2 will be the basis for evaluation. Royse City ISD may request additional information or clarification of proposals and hereby reserves the right to select the particular response to this RFP that it believes will best serve its business and operational requirements, considering the evaluation criteria set forth below.
Proposal Evaluation and Award. (a) The Agencies will make their selection and award of a Contract for commercial real estate brokerage services pursuant to this RFP to a Respondent whose Proposal offers the best value for the Agencies and the State under Texas Government Code §§ 2155.074 and 2156.125.
