Protective Clothing, Equipment and Supplies. The employer shall provide all employees working in any unsanitary or potentially hazardous job all necessary tools, protective clothing, and equipment required including gloves, masks and safety glasses. The Employer will ensure adequate supplies are provided to employees to complete assigned work. Any shortage of supplies, protective clothing or equipment shall be immediately reported to the supervisor. All such clothing, tools and equipment shall be maintained and replaced at employer’s expense. All such clothing, tools and equipment shall comply with applicable Workers Compensation Board regulations concerning the same.

  • Protective Clothing & Equipment While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.
