PROVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. The EDP, agrees to provide the following economic development services to include, but not necessarily be limited to:  To include The Woodlands Township President and a Director of The Woodlands Township designated by The Woodlands Township as members of the EDP Board of Directors as long as The Woodlands Township pays annual dues at or above the current funding level ($175,000 annually);  To include the Township in EDP’s generic information which is provided to site consultants throughout the United States;  To include the Township in EDP’s directories distributed to business decision makers considering relocating to Houston;  To include the President of the Township in EDP’s economic development partnership meetings, along with other economic development partners throughout the region;  To work closely with the Township’s representatives and prospects who show an interest in The Woodlands area;  To brief the Township’s Board of Directors annually on economic development activities and conditions that may impact the activities of the Board;  To support the expansion of the economic development infrastructure of the Township;  From time to time, the EDP Board of Directors may choose to take a stated position by authorizing a Board resolution in support or opposition to issues of federal, statewide or local concern. In instances where the EDP Board will be considering a resolution or stated position on matters that have a direct impact on The Woodlands Township, the EDP CEO agrees to meet and confer with the Township’s representatives on the EDP Board prior to presenting a resolution or stated position to the EDP Board for consideration;  The Woodlands Township additionally agrees to fund the fourth year of a five year program called Opportunity Houston through The Woodlands Area EDP. This program encourages the relocation of corporations from out of area and out of state to the Greater Houston region, including The Woodlands. With an investment level of $20,000 annually, The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership will participate in the Opportunity Houston 2.0 Regional Partner Program with the following annual benefits in 2017: o Organization listing with hyperlink on GHP Website o Two (2) invitations to selected local activities o Seat on the Opportunity Houston Strategy and Supervision Committee o Complimentary box (24 copies) of GHP’s annual ED Guide and Brochure o Economic Briefing to audience selected by Global Partner o Regional Pro...

PROVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. The City authorizes Invest Atlanta to provide and Invest Atlanta agrees to provide the Economic Development Services as set forth herein, and to provide any future services that may be requested from time to time by the City in order to create, manage and conduct special projects, programs, initiatives and studies on behalf of the City for the purposes of investment in the economic development, revitalization and growth of the City (collectively, the “Economic Development Services”).
PROVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. The GHP, acting by and through its Economic Development Division, agrees to provide the following specific economic development services:  To include the Township in GHP's information that is provided to site consultants throughout the United States;  To include the Township in GHP's Here Is Houston and other directories distributed to business decision makers considering relocating to Houston;  To include the President of the Township in GHP's quarterly economic development allies meeting along with other economic development allies throughout the region;  To work closely and provide coordination and participation in meetings with the Township's representatives and prospects who show an interest in The Woodlands area;  To brief the Township’s Board of Directors annually on economic development activities and conditions that would impact the activities of the Board;  To submit an annual written report regarding the economic development services provided by the GHP, in conjunction with the presentation to the Township’s Board of Directors, which shall include samples of collateral materials, advertisements and/or informational brochures produced by the GHP; and  To support the expansion of the economic development infrastructure by participating in activities for the Township that will make the areas economically attractive and competitive.

Related to PROVISION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Student Services 1. Students taking college classes for dual credit may utilize the same services that are available to other MCC students. MCC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to such services as academic advising, learning materials (e.g., library resources), and other services for which the student may be eligible.
