Public Engagement Plan. The Consultant will develop a plan for community and stakeholder (public) outreach and a strategy for communication at the beginning of the project. This Public Engagement Plan (PEP) will incorporate outreach and engagement methods and provide needed input for the development and implementation of the CSAP. The PEP will also identify a list of key stakeholders to make sure we are involving and addressing a diverse cross section of the community and listening to their concerns. The strategy will leverage existing communication channels and identify any supplemental strategies needed to educate and engage the community on the project. The PEP will include considerations of the following: • Identification of, and engagement activities for, key communities that may be disproportionately impacted by traffic risks and traditionally underserved by safety efforts • Specific activities for reaching identified stakeholder groups and engagement strategies that inform, involve, and empower stakeholders and the public • Examination of perceived safety culture and concerns in the Seguin area • Timeline for stakeholder and public engagement activities • Communication methods for sharing information with residents and community members

Public Engagement Plan. We will prepare a comprehensive public engagement plan in concert with the Technical Committee and other NIRPC staff to include types of engagement tools used to guide the process, materials to be used, stakeholders to involve at various points, and a working schedule for outreach activities. The plan will provide an overview of engagement opportunities to be used throughout the planning process. While this will be fine-tuned with staff at the beginning of the process, we anticipate it including the
Public Engagement Plan. The Consultant and City will jointly develop a Public Engagement Plan that clarifies key stakeholders, outreach methods, timelines, and outreach strategies. The Public Engagement Plan will include project key messages to be carried out in all project communications. The plan will be updated twice, at each project milestone.

  • IRO Engagement 1. Indivior shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by Indivior in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO. 2. If Indivior engages a new IRO during the term of the CIA, that IRO must also meet the requirements of this Appendix. If a new IRO is engaged, Indivior shall submit the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA to OIG within 30 days of engagement of the IRO. Within 30 days after OIG receives this information or any additional information submitted by Indivior at the request of OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Professional Development Plan Professional Development Plan (PDP) refers to plans developed by faculty members addressing the criteria contained in Article 22 and Appendix G.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.
