PUBLIC ENTRANCE. Landlord reserves the right to exclude the general public from the Building upon such days and at such hours as in Landlord's judgment will be for the best interest of the Building and its tenants. Outside of ordinary business hours, access to the Building may be refused by Landlord unless the person seeking access is known to the watchman or has a pass. Persons entering and leaving the Building after 6:00 p.m., on business days and at all times on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must sign the register maintained for that purpose.

PUBLIC ENTRANCE. The area designated as “Blue” shown in blue on the map attached hereto as Exhibit AA-l depicts the entrance and pathway which may be used by the public to gain access to the Water Park. During normal business hours the public will have access through the main gate, which faces Exposition Boulevard, and over the foregoing pathway to the Water Park. Other gates, including, but not limited to, the “West Gate” shown on the attached in Lot B may be made available by Cal Expo for entrance by the public to the Water Park. The public shall follow the designated route signs, if any, to the Water Park; otherwise shall follow the foregoing pathway. 1. PERFORM ALL JANITORIAL, CLEANING MAINTENANCE SERVICES REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE HIGHTEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS ON ALL FLOORS AND IN ALL PARTS OF THE BUILDING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SERVICES HEREIN SET FORTH. 1. Sweep all hard surface floors with a treated dust mop to ensure dust-free floors. Close attention is to be paid to sweeping under furniture and in the areas of corners and edges. 2. Vacuum carpeted areas and rugs daily in all open areas (main and secondary aisle, walkways). Then semi-weekly, moving light furniture, chairs, etc. other than desks and file cabinets, thoroughly vacuum all areas, including but not limited to under furniture and edges and corners. 3. Empty and clean waste paper baskets, ash trays, receptacles, etc. Damp clean as necessary. 4. Clean all cigarette urns and replace sand as necessary. Sand is to be supplied by the Contractor. 5. Remove waste paper and waste products to a designated area on the premises (compactor). 6. Dust and wipe clean furniture, fixtures, window xxxxx, file cabinets and induction units with treated dust cloths. 1. Sweep, wash and polish flooring. 2. Clean public telephone booths. 3. Clean cigarette urns and replace sand. 4. Escalators, including moving treads, risers, frames, rails glass and cover plates are to be cleaned thoroughly. 5. Vacuum carpet in elevator cabs. Spot clean carpets to remove spillage, gum, etc. as needed. 6. Dust and damp clean wall panels. Wipe clean all metal work and mirrors in elevator cabs. 7. Dust and wipe clean inside of elevator doors, mail chutes, mail depository and all bronze doors. 8. Vacuum dirt from all elevator door tracks and saddles in lobby. Clean and polish once per week. 9. Clean and polish reception desk (security console) and reception area furniture.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Public Use The Recipient will ensure that Infrastructure resulting from any Eligible Project that is not sold, leased, encumbered, or otherwise disposed of, remains primarily for public use or benefit.

  • External Hosting Facilities DST shall implement controls, consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards, regarding the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of Fund Data by an external hosting provider.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Public Procurement The Parties shall cooperate to develop conditions for open and competitive award of contracts for goods and services in particular through calls for tenders.

  • Public Entities If Contractor is a "public entity" within the meaning of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, §00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S. (the “GIA”), Contractor shall maintain, in lieu of the liability insurance requirements stated above, at all times during the term of this Contract such liability insurance, by commercial policy or self-insurance, as is necessary to meet its liabilities under the GIA. If a Subcontractor is a public entity within the meaning of the GIA, Contractor shall ensure that the Subcontractor maintain at all times during the terms of this Contract, in lieu of the liability insurance requirements stated above, such liability insurance, by commercial policy or self-insurance, as is necessary to meet the Subcontractor’s obligations under the GIA.

  • Publikace The Institution and the Investigator agree that the Sponsor shall have the sole and exclusive right to the first publication of the results of the Study. Such Sponsor publication is intended to be a multi-center publication of the Study results, collected from all investigators and institutions participating in the Study (the “Multi-Center Publication”). If the Investigator is interested in contributing to or participating in the Multi-Center Publication, he or she must contact the Sponsor. Selection of authors/participants will be governed by the Sponsor, considering individuals’ contribution to the Study.

  • Stormwater Management a) The Owner AGREES to implement the requirements incorporated in the Draft Plan Conditions attached as Schedule “F” and any reports submitted to Kawartha Region Conservation Authority and the City pertaining to: i) pre and post development run-off flows and water balance calculations, and the intended means of conveying stormwater flow from each Lot, Block and the entire proposed Plan of Subdivision; ii) the anticipated impact of the Plan of Subdivision on water quality and phosphorus control, as it relates to fish and fish habitat once adequate protective measures have been taken; iii) the means whereby erosion and sedimentation and their effects will be minimized on the site during and after construction; iv) the site soil conditions, including grain size distribution profiles; v) a site grading plan. b) The Owner AGREES to erect and maintain all stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control structures operating and in good repair during the construction period, in a manner satisfactory to Kawartha Region Conservation Authority and the City. c) Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Owner AGREES to confirm to the City that Conservation Authority has reviewed and approved the stormwater management report and plan, erosion and sedimentation plan, and final Lot Grading Plans as required under this Section. a) UPGRADES TO EXISTING STORM SEWER b) UPGRADES TO EXISTING SANITARY SEWER

  • Public Safety The Permittee shall comply with the following provisions. (a) Safety Plan/EMS Requirements. During the Term of this Agreement, Permittee shall, at its own expense, maintain and carry, in full force and effect, any and all insurance identified in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
