Public Holiday Overtime. Overtime hours worked on a Public Holiday shall be paid for at the rate of double and one half ordinary time rates.
Public Holiday Overtime. (a) When a full time or part time employee works overtime on a public holiday overtime shall be calculated at time and a half of the employee’s public holiday rate for the first two (2) hours then double time at the employee’s public holiday rate thereafter.
