Upon request of a specification by the Retailer, Pelican shall use reasonable efforts to customise the output read file subject to clause 2.32.3(a).

Purpose of Schedule. The purpose of this Schedule 18 is to set out the method by which the Contractor shall raise invoices to the Authority for payment. This Schedule 18 also details the requirements which apply to such invoices, and includes: 2.1 a pro-forma invoice and statement to be used by the Contractor for all invoices and statements issued by the Contractor to the Authority pursuant to this Agreement; 2.2 the method of handling disputed invoice values; and 2.3 the payment terms of invoices.
