Qualifying on the Job. (a) If within twenty-one (21) working days an employee in a new job classification disqualifies himself or herself, the employee shall return to the employee’s previous classification and shift. Other affected employees shall do likewise.

Qualifying on the Job. If within two hundred and forty hours (240) working hours an employee working in a new job classification or assignment voluntarily disqualifies himself he shall return to his last classification and assignment if the job assignment still exists. There is no voluntary disqualification period for a temporary vacancy. There is no voluntary disqualification period for an employee who has previously worked in the classification in the previous ten (10) years. Within two hundred and forty (240) hours worked, if an employee fails to satisfactorily perform the duties in a job classification or assignment, he shall be returned to his last classification and assignment if the job assignment still exists, and he will not be considered for the job assignment he was disqualified from for a period of up to six months however, the employee needs to provide satisfactory proof to the company to demonstrate the employee has taken the necessary steps to warrant further eligibility.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • INJURY ON THE JOB When an employee is injured on the job, there shall be no deduction from the employee's pay for the day in which the employee was injured and reported for medical care. When such employee returns to work following the injury, and is certified as ready and able to perform all regular duties, but requires medical treatment as a result of the same injury, the Employer shall adjust the work schedules without penalty to the Employer, to provide both the time for medical care and the number of hours of work for which the employee is regularly scheduled.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Working on a Holiday An employee who is required to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of straight time plus time and one-half (1 1/2).
