QUALITY CLAUSES. The following clauses will be referenced on the face of the purchase order when applicable. Listing these clauses does not relieve Seller of any applicable terms set forth herein. These clauses are designed solely to relate information to the purchase order in cases where specific requirements apply or when given requirements are fluid.

SPECIFICATIONS REVISION LEVEL - When this clause is invoked on the face of the purchase order, the Seller is required to use and certify to the latest release of all drawings, technical data, specifications, etc unless otherwise directed by Buyer in writing RECORD RETENTION AND DISPOSITION - Supplier shall maintain records of inspections, tests, material certifications, and process controls and all other quality records called for by this contract. Unless specified elsewhere in contracts or attachments, these documents shall be on file, stored and protected in such a manner that they remain legible, readily identifiable, and readily available to MDI for no less than 10 years. After the minimum 10 year retention the documents may be disposed of as allowed by the Suppliers QMS system.
QUALITY CLAUSES. The vendor shall maintain a quality management system capable of ensuring requirements for: a. the processes, products, and services to be provided as specified on the order. The vendor shall have access to the revision status of identified specifications, process requirements, work instructions and other relevant technical data necessary to provide product conforming to the requirements specified on the order. b. approval of products and services; methods, processes, and equipment; and the release of products and services. c. competence, including any required qualification of personnel. d. control and monitoring of the external providers’ performance to be applied by the buyer; e. Where the Buyer specifies on-site verification or validation activities at the vendor’s location on its order, the vendor will allow adequate access. f. test, inspection, and verification; g. the use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization; h. The vendor shall: - implement a quality management system. - use customer-designated or approved external providers as specified on the order. - notify Buyer of all nonconformities regarding processes, products, or services, for both Material already delivered and Material in process. Vendor shall also obtain approval from Buyer for nonconforming product disposition. - prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved and counterfeit parts. - notify Buyer in writing in advance of all: (1) changes to the goods, their specifications, and/or composition, (2) process, product, or services changes, (3) external provider changes, and (4) change of location, if applicable. Vendor shall obtain Buyer’s approval of such changes. - provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as specified on the order. - retain records associated with this Order for a minimum of seven (7) years or as specified in the Repair or Purchase Order. i. Vendor shall provide the right of access to Buyer, its customers, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities involved in the manufacture or supply of the goods or services ordered hereunder and to applicable records, at any level of the supply chain. j. The vendor shall maintain a quality management system that ensures persons are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
QUALITY CLAUSES. If Purchase Order States either “Sikorsky Aircraft Parts,” or “Sikorsky End Use,” additional specific terms and conditions applicable to the quality aspects of this order are set forth in the current revision of the ASQR-01 AND the current revision of SA-908. Some of the clauses listed may not be applicable to this order and are being flowed down to you for contractual reasons.

  • CERTIFICATION CLAUSES The CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION CLAUSES contained in the document CCC 04/2017 are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement by this reference as if attached hereto.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

  • Severability Clause In case any provision in this Supplemental Indenture shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.
