Quality Plan. The plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 9.2, which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities and the Works from a quality perspective to: ensure compliance with the Smart Infrastructure Handbook and Statutory Requirements; and maximise the achievement of the Quality Objectives. The Quality Plan must address, at a minimum: all Statutory Requirements; all Quality Objectives; the Contractor's quality assurance procedure, system or framework (which may or may not be a certified quality assurance procedure, system or framework); the roles and responsibilities of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel (including the Quality Manager and the Contractor's key people under clause 3.6(a)) regarding quality; the procedure for consultation, cooperation and coordination of activities with the Contract Administrator, the Commonwealth and Other Contractors regarding quality generally during the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the training and awareness programmes provided to Contractor and subcontractor personnel regarding quality; the procedure for preparing (including tailoring) and finalising the Quality Plan under clause 9.2 (including how the Contractor will ensure maximum consistency between the Contractor's quality assurance procedure, system or framework and the Quality Plan); the procedure for regularly reviewing, updating and amending the Quality Plan under clause 9.2; the procedure for ensuring subcontractor compliance with the Quality Plan; the procedure for regularly identifying, controlling and monitoring possible and actual impacts on quality associated with the Contractor's Activities and the Works, including the procedures for recording, reporting, responding to and finalising: matters arising out of or in connection with such identification, control and monitoring; and complaints regarding quality during the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the procedure for regular auditing or other monitoring of Contractor and subcontractor compliance with the Quality Plan, including the procedures for recording, reporting, responding to and finalising: matters arising out of or in connection with such audits or other monitoring; and complaints regarding quality during the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the additional matters specified in the Contract Particulars; and any other matters required by: the Contract; or the Contract Administrator.
Quality Plan. The Engineer shall establish a project specific Quality Management Plan to provide Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes for Team members.
Quality Plan. Seller and Buyer shall establish a quality plan which will define the quality practices, the resources and the activities relevant to Products that are designed and/or manufactured for Buyer. This plan will define how the quality requirements will be met and will be approved in writing by both Parties.
Quality Plan. Contractors shall submit a Quality Plan prior to commencement of works. This shall be in accordance with ISO9001. The Contractor's quality plan shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent.
Quality Plan. Develop a plan to describe how quality will be ensured in the execution of the design and communicated to the Subcontractors.

Quality Plan. The CQA Project Leader will develop a customized Project-specific Quality Plan in partnership with Sponsor. Ideally this contact person will be a CQA representative within Sponsor. The Quality Plan describes the approaches and methodology for the audits and as such, is a component of the Global Project Management Process (GPMP). The plan will include details such as the percentages of sites/patients/data be audited, the timeline of audits, and the plan for generation of individual Audit Report and Certificates. Sponsor will be requested to review and sign off on the plan and any necessary amendments to the original plan, prior to implementation.
Quality Plan. 2.1. The Contractor shall implement and maintain a Quality Plan in accordance with the requirements of AQAP 2105 (Issue 2), which shall address the ways Quality Assurance will be applied during the execution of this Contract. The plan shall include (but not necessarily be limited to the following:
Quality Plan. Prior to the start of construction activities, the Contractor shall prepare a Quality Plan. The Quality Plan shall address: (i) the processes employed by the Contractor to ensure quality assurance; (ii) to determine how items are checked for quality and which items need to be checked; (iii) list the specific quality materials used during the project including standards, guidelines, checklist, templates, procedures, user guides and processes; and how the Contractor will handle defective items.
Quality Plan. Supplier shall establish a quality plan which will define the quality practices, the resources, and the activities relevant to Company Product and will periodically notify BioForm of any updates or revisions to the Quality Plan. This plan must be approved in writing by BioForm, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
