QUANTITY OF SERVICE. 1.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the SCC Gas Tariff applicable thereto, Xxxxxxx has the right to maintain an aggregate storage quantity of up to 5,000 dth (the "Maximum Storage Quantity," or "MSQ"). VGPC's obligation to accept gas at the Delivery Points specified on Exhibit A hereto for injection into storage on any day is limited to the Maximum Daily Injection Quantity ("MDIQ") specified on Exhibit A hereto. VGPC, at its sole discretion, may allow injection at rates above the MDIQ on a best efforts, interruptible basis if such injections can be made without adverse effect upon injections of other Customers or to VGPC's operations.
1.2 VGPC shall redeliver a thermally equivalent quantity of gas to Xxxxxxx at the Delivery Points described on Exhibit A hereto. VGPC's obligation to withdraw gas from storage on any day is limited to the available Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity ("MDWQ") specified on Exhibit A hereto. VGPC, at its sole discretion, may allow withdrawals at rates higher than the MDWQ on a best efforts, interruptible basis if such withdrawals can be made without adverse effect upon withdrawals of other Customers or to VGPC's operations and such gas is available from Xxxxxxx' Storage Gas Balance. Xxxxxxx may withdraw during the Withdrawal Period any quantity up to the MDWQ.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. Supplier agrees that Services are to be provided to Company on an as needed basis, based on the demand for Company's product.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. Subject to the terms and provisions of the agreement; and the Firm Rate Schedule, and the GT&C of Southern LNG's Tariff, as amended from time to time, Southern LNG agrees to receive LNG from Customer pursuant to Article II, store LNG, and deliver vaporized LNG to Customer or for Customer’s account, as follows:
1.1.1.1 Southern LNG shall store LNG for Customer’s account up to the Maximum Storage Quantity (MSQ) set forth on Exhibit A hereto and any effective addendum.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. 1.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and Company’s Rate Schedule CSS and the General Terms and Conditions applicable thereto, Shipper has the right to maintain in Company’s Storage fields under the terms of this Agreement an aggregate quantity of natural gas up to the Maximum Storage Quantity set forth on Exhibit A hereto or any effective Capacity Release Transaction. Company’s obligation to accept gas at the Storage Point specified in Exhibit A hereto for injection into Storage on any day is limited to the available Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) specified on Exhibit A or any effective Capacity Release Transaction.
1.2 Company shall redeliver a thermally equivalent quantity of gas, less the applicable fuel charge as set forth in Rate Schedule CSS, to Shipper or a third party designated by Shipper at the Storage Point described on Exhibit A hereto. Company’s obligation to withdraw gas from Storage for delivery at the Storage Point on any day is limited to the available Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) specified on Exhibit A or any effective Capacity Release Transaction and Shipper’s Storage Inventory.
1.3 In the event Shipper is the successful bidder on released firm storage capacity under Section 22 of Company’s General Terms and Conditions, Company will promptly finalize by means of SoNet Premier the Capacity Release Transaction. Upon the finalization of a Capacity Release Transaction, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereof and Company’s Rate Schedule CSS, Company agrees to provide the released firm storage service to Shipper under Rate Schedule CSS, the General Terms and Conditions thereto, and this Agreement.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. 1.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the SCC Gas Tariff applicable thereto, RGC has the right to maintain an aggregate storage quantity of up to 2,275,000 dth (the "Maximum Storage Quantity," or "MSQ"). VGPC's obligation to accept gas at the Delivery Points specified on Exhibit A hereto for injection into storage on any day is limited to the Maximum Daily Injection Quantity ("MDIQ") specified on Exhibit A hereto. VGPC, at its sole discretion, may allow injections at rates above the MDIQ on a best efforts, interruptible basis if such injections can be made without adverse effect upon injections of other Customers or to VGPC's operations. The MSQ is separated into the following levels of service, on the dates specified.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. 1.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions applicable thereto, UCG has the right to maintain in VGPC's Saltville storage facility ("Saltville") under the terms of this Agreement an aggregate quantity of up to 300,000 dth (the "Maximum Storage Quantity," or "MSQ"). VGPC's obligation to accept gas at the Delivery Point specified on Exhibit A hereto for injection into storage on any day is limited to the Maximum Daily Injection Quantity ("MDIQ") specified on Exhibit A hereto. VGPC, at its sole discretion, may allow injections at rates above the MDIQ on a best efforts, interruptible basis if such injections can be made without adverse effect upon injections of other Customers or to VGPC's operations.

VGPC's obligation to withdraw gas from storage for delivery at the Storage Point on any day is limited to the available Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity ("MDWQ") specified on Exhibit A hereto. VGPC, at its sole discretion, may allow withdrawals at rates higher than the MDWQ on a best efforts, interruptible basis if such withdrawals can be made without adverse effect upon withdrawals of other Customers or to VGPC's operations and such gas is available from UCG's Storage Gas Balance.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. The Police Department shall provide general law enforcement services subject to the funds that are provided by the County.

Company's obligation to accept gas at the Storage Point specified on Exhibit A hereto for injection into Storage on any day is limited to the available Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) specified on Exhibit A hereto.
QUANTITY OF SERVICE. Unless otherwise stated, the College is not obligated during the period stipulated, to purchase any services specified therein from any vendor(s).
