R eport Pay. Employees who report for work as scheduled (unless otherwise notified in advance) and are released from duty by the Employer because of low need shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours’ work at the regular rate of pay. This commitment shall not apply when the Employer has made a good faith effort to notify the employee at least one and one-half (1 1/2) hours in advance of the scheduled shift. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to notify the Hospital of the employee’s current address and telephone number.

R eport Pay. Any employee who is scheduled to work and comes to work without receiving prior notice not to report to work (i.e., low census), shall receive four (4) hours of work at the contract rate of pay. Should the Employer make a bona fide attempt to notify the employee of a cancellation of shift but be unsuccessful in doing so, this provision shall not apply. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to maintain a current address and telephone number listing with the Human Resources Department. Failure to do so shall excuse the Employer from the notification requirements provided herein.
R eport Pay. An employee, who reports for work according to the work schedule, shall, unless otherwise notified by the Co-operative on the previous day, receive a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at her regular straight time hourly rate of pay if her regular duties are not available. Such employee shall be required to perform duties as assigned by the Co- operative. This clause shall not apply to truck drivers.

  • Report Pay An employee who is pre-scheduled to work an overtime shift in a 24-hour facility and reports to duty will be guaranteed three (3) hours overtime pay at the appropriate rate unless the employee is a holdover from a previous shift. The Employer shall notify employees as soon as practical prior to their scheduled start time in the event the employee is not required to report for prescheduled overtime. Department of Transportation employees will continue to receive the greater benefits under callback pay when applicable.

  • Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.

  • Quarterly Payments H3.15 The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.

  • Court Pay (1) When an off-duty member is subpoenaed to court and so reports, the member shall be paid or credited a minimum of four (4) hours at the member's appropriate rate of pay, unless the court clock-out time is within one-half (½) hour of the beginning of the member’s tour of duty or later.   • Quarterly Financial Reports The School shall prepare and submit quarterly financial reports to the Commission within 45 days of the end of each fiscal year quarter.

If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.
