Raise and Step Increases. It is the philosophy of the parties to grant raise and step increases as is done under the Teacher Collective Bargaining agreement.
Raise and Step Increases. Paraeducators will receive an automatic level increase on July 1st for the fiscal years of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 upon completion of at least half of the previous school year’s contract term. Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) or other potential salary improvements to the Paraeducator salary schedules will be negotiated with any additional funding per the provision in 19.20-3.
