Rankings. The obligations of the Borrower to the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents will rank senior to, or pari passu with, other unsecured Indebtedness of the Borrower.

Rankings. A record of a team's portfolio and transactions will be available daily. A team will not receive a portfolio ranking nor be listed in regional rankings until its initial transaction is entered successfully. Winners will be determined based on a portfolio’s Percent Return as compared to S&P 500 Growth for the time period of the competition. Please note: Teams do not have to liquidate their portfolios (i.e., sell all positions) at the end of the competition.

Rankings. The performance of PNC and each of the other Peers, as such Peer Group exists as of the last day of a given covered period, is measured for the given covered performance period with respect to each of the two corporate performance metrics — EPS growth and ROCE performance — as set forth in Section 3.3(c) below. This performance is measured annually for each applicable covered annual performance period (which may consist of a full calendar year or a shorter partial-year period as required by the Agreement) in the applicable overall Performance Period. After measuring EPS growth and ROCE performance for PNC and its Peers for the covered performance period with respect to a given year, PNC and its Peers will be ranked for that covered period based on their respective EPS growth performances and on their respective ROCE performances, in each case as adjusted as set forth in the following paragraph. Rankings Adjustments. When ranking PNC’s and the other Peers’ EPS growth and ROCE performance for a given covered performance period, a Peer that had positive adjusted earnings (as set forth in Section 3.3(c) below) for that covered year or partial year period will be ranked above any Peer that had a loss (i.e., negative adjusted earnings) for that covered year or partial year period or, for purposes of the EPS growth metric, that had a loss either for that covered period or for the comparable period of the comparison year.

Providing more services to various Users on the Platform. d. Showcasing non-infringing past work on their Profile. e. Uploading non-infringing knowledge enhancing materials. f. Subject such User’s skills, performance, work related Content, to assessment by the Platform; and/or

Rankings. Any indebtedness of the Issuer to the FDIC arising under Section 2.03 of the Master Agreement dated December 5, 2008 entered into by the Issuer and the FDIC (the “Master Agreement”) in connection with the Debt Guarantee Program will constitute a senior unsecured obligation of the Issuer, ranking pari passu with any indebtedness under this Indenture.

Dual Rates will be ranked at 5 for supervising skills within three (3) months after their date of promotion and within three (3) months after acquiring a new game. .03 Dealers and dual rates may request consideration for a change in their rank on a game. .04 A dealer or dual rate may also, on request, give up his/her Rank 7 ranking on a game or games, provided that a sufficient number remain to support the operation. .05 The Employer shall notify any dealer or dual rate before changing a dealer or dual rate’s ranking. A dealer or dual rate who disagrees with the change in his/her ranking will be afforded the opportunity to present his/her position in writing, and may request review of the decision by the Vice President of Table Games or his/her designee. .06 The ranking decision of a shift manager, or the Vice President of Table Games (or designee) if review is requested, shall be final and is not subject to the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.
