Rate of Pay for Holiday Work. An employee who is required to work on a holiday specified herein may receive one and one-half (1 1/2) times his/her hourly rate for all hours worked on the holiday, or may select another paid day off in lieu of premium pay. An employee who selects another day off shall receive straight time for time worked, and no holiday pay.

Rate of Pay for Holiday Work. In the event that work is required on any unpaid holiday, compensation will be at two (2) times the applicable rate of pay for all hours worked. In the event that work is required on any paid holiday, compensation will be at two (2) times the applicable rate of pay for all hours actually worked, in addition to any holiday pay required under Section 2 of this Article. In the event that work is required on any Administrative Closure Day, compensation will be at two (2) times the applicable rate of pay for all hours worked, in addition to any holiday pay required under Section 2 of this Article.
Rate of Pay for Holiday Work. Any member who is certified and trained to perform police emergency dispatcher duties, and is called upon to perform such duties on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day or Labor Day will be paid time and one-half (1 1/2) for service provided on those days, defined as 12:01 a.m. on the day the holiday is nationally recognized until midnight of the holiday.
Rate of Pay for Holiday Work. In addition to any applicable holiday leave, employees who work one of the following holidays shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on that holiday referenced above: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
