Reasons for Leave. Eligible employees shall be granted FMLA leave: 1) to care for 27 the employee’s child after birth, or following placement for adoption or xxxxxx care; 2) to 28 care for the employee’s spouse, son or daughter or parent, who has a serious health 29 condition; or 3) because of a serious health condition that makes the employee unable to 30 perform the functions of the employee’s job; (4) to use for any qualifying exigency arising 31 out of the fact that a covered military member (member of the National Guard and 32 Reserves) is on active duty or called to active duty status in support of a contingency
