Recall to Duty From Vacation Leave. Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed, for reasonable expenses in accordance with the Travel Policy cited in Appendix B, as normally defined by the Employer, that he/she incurs:
Recall to Duty From Vacation Leave or Cancellation of Approved Leave The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees are not recalled to duty from vacation leave or not to cancel approved vacation leave and, wherever possible, shall assign duties to employees currently on strength prior to resorting to a recall or cancellation.
